Nice video, Katja! I like your way of narrating and filming. In the sea of youtubers who can only praise everything uncritically, you try to show everything objectively and naturally. Keep it up!👏😎
I don't know what you mean with there is nothing to do... most of europe by this time the only thing to do is to take pictures to old buildings cuz is cold AF, Santa marta is a city with a beach, you have tayrona park, minca, playa dormida or pozos colorados, playa blanca. regarding the bread thing is a cultural difference we find european bread tateless.. and the "good food" is something that you have to pay extra, gringos complain a lot about that but they only eat 'menu del dia' in a city with lots of seafood and amazing fruits
I`ve been to almost all of those places, but non of them are in Santa Marta 🤷♀the city itself compared to some others didn`t really interest me so much - that is my personal perspective, maybe someone else would find it more exciting. Not sure what you mean with the comment about food - the last time I had menu del dia was 1 month ago, I eat very diverse food here because I can quickly get sick of just eating one type of food all the time
@@wherestheparty_ but from "not really interest me" to "there is nothing to do" there is a big difference.. tell me which city of europe you have a nice beach town less than 60 min away from waterfalls, mountains, rivers a national park, nightlife. and sorry but that breakfast is the cheap egg and toasts.. there are many things that yo can have in the colombian caribbean cuisine.
@@luismadrid3380 Santa Cruiz de Tenerife 😄 look, for some reason you want to argue with me on personal preferences which makes no sense, so have an ice day!
Fair video, thanks. I must say that your camera work needs lots to f improvement, DJI has a very nice stabilizer you may want to consider getting for starters. Santa Marta is actually a package that includes the night time oriented place, the beach resorts a few miles away, Minca and it’s splendid beauty, the Tayrona National Park, which is amazing and huge, Palomino, the Lost City up on the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, the tallest coastal mountain range in the world where you experience every climate from the northern desert to the Caribbean white sand and jungle to the cloud forest, the paramount and the tropical glaciers, snow and alpine like high lakes. The most biodiversity in one place possible. Everything in one place. Greetings from California.
Thank you for your comment 🙏🏻 I do realise I need both better equipment and skills to shoot better videos but I’m a complete beginner, self thought with a full time job and limited resources to invest in this channel. So until I can actually monetise and invest that money back the quality will improve very very slowly 🤷🏻♀️ As for Colombia, you should see my other videos, I’ve been to most places you mention and enjoyed them much more than Santa Marta 😉
Sabta Narta is the ikdest city in Colombia and the architecture is less rich that Cartagena But we love Santa Marta has 198 beaches to visit and a lot if girgeous nature
How nice of you tha show that wonderful city!!

В следующий раз меня бери. Я каждый месяц прилетаю в Санта Марта. Там очень классно
hehe, so maybe it`s better that you take me with you :)
This is a depressing video. I remember Santa Marta very differently,
not all colombian bread is sweet but it is a latino thing that hard and dark bread even if it is really nutritious is not what people like to eat
where do I get normal nonsweet bread?
All you did was complain the whole video HaHa
yep, sometimes I do that, I`m human 🤷♀
Smiling Katja in a beautiful place ! Im should Go there - but Im glue on maroc hhhh thx for the view
Mamasita!!
Schneeballschlacht in den Tropen hhhh
