Hi! There isn’t a straight answer because there’s to many variables that factor into it and everyone’s view of comfortable is different so it would be hard to say. Isn’t 25-30 % of Household income still a standard for affordability. Getting in is one thing keeping it and not becoming house is poor is another. Hopefully some of the finance shenanigans of the past are gone. Sounds like great prices none the less.
