Having that Solar Panel mandate is horrible. It just further inflates the purchase price of the homes in California, and if you lease the panels, that wipes out any savings you'd have had with them from the power company. It's a lose / lose in my book.
People don’t say this much, but a lot of people who buying these houses are coming from the Orange County areas. Since it’s getting way more expensive in those areas they move over to the IE since it’s more affordable

I'm not too worried about Solar Panels as they will lower your electric bill. There are plenty of other costs that went up that offer no benefit.

Also I think these homes isn’t worth nearly a millions dollars
