Glad I could help 😀 The Edge, by the way, works great with a compressor. It adds even more punch-I’ve been experimenting with it, and it goes really deep!
@philaesfarewell check out the Behringer Octave Divider pedal! It's a cheap clone of a 70's classic that really adds some extra everything to the Edge. I've got the Edge going into that before going to the mixer. My mixer's going into the Behringer MDX2600 rackmount compressor. (I was a Behringer Bro for decades before everyone turned on them lol) But I'm thinking about adding a smaller compressor pedal at the end of the Edge's signal chain for tightening up that low end. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet with the Spice when it gets here. Probably not much!
@ Ah, sorry, I got that mixed up. You have the Edge and are waiting for the Spice. It would be presumptuous of me to give you tips on the Edge now 😊. I still have my old DBX 166 rack compressor, which I just tried placing in front of it. And somewhere I’ve got something I soldered myself lying around, but it can’t handle as much input level. I’ll take a look at the Behringer. Their pedal clones of old analog circuits are great! Thanks for the tip!
Happy New Year to everyone!
