A land measured by 14m by 28m is bigger than 300sqm with 92m. 300sqm is 15m by 20m

@@landsncribs9150 oh thanks very much sir,that means we can build atleast a 4beedroom bungalow on it.because my husband bought a 14 by 28 plot of land and everyone kept saying is very small and he can't do anything with talk less of building. So he could sell the land to farmers and look for something better.Thank you very much sir,I can now tell my husband to calm down. Am indeed grateful sir for this response.
