😆 🤣 😂 😹 the way he presenting the opening segment, kind of creepy but I had to laugh myself so hard i nearly choked on my yam porridge 😅 😆 🤣 reminded me of the 80s NTA 9pm news 😆 🤣 😂 love the video though and a 👍
Thanks for this interesting video. The raft foundation as seen is 6 - boards high. Will it still be ok if the boards are reduced to 4 and two coaches of 9" hollow blocks fully reinforced with concrete is placed on the 4th board?
Thanks for taking your time to watch this video. For the answer to your question. Professionally, by introducing 2course of block into the ground beam, we can't really call it raft foundation with that design, you know the ground beam reinforcement has to anchor with the raft slab to act as framed unit. There are different kinds of raft foundation, the type of raft adopted in that video is slab beam raft and it has to be constructed according to the design of the structural members. Other types of raft foundation are the Solid slab raft foundation Cellular raft foundation Pile raft foundation Floating/balancing raft foundation. The slab beam raft raft foundation can be upstand or downstand beam(as used in the video) system. But in the case you you have to consider using block with ground slab beam, is going to be according to a structural design for it...and in this case a design of upstand beam system let's say 450mm depth of beam on the ground slab underneath the beam(note if the soil is not too loosed void can be introduced in the ground slab), and the required course of block maybe 3 or 4 due to the ground floor level required can be used, before doing your German floor with mesh reinforcement.
Thanks for watching our video. The best is 9 inches Hollow blocks for fencing as the 6 inches blocks can easily crack.. You can understand more of cracking in this our video th-cam.com/video/2p9dJ9UUKPI/w-d-xo.html

Please what inches of block is good in a normal land for fencing? Thank you

what is the size of the rob in those boards ? 12 or 16mm ?
Thanks for your question. The main reinforcement rod is 16mm, the 10mm you saw is acting as runners in the structural frame.
Interesting video, pls can I know the cost of laying raft foundation of 3bedroom n bq terace house? Or can I get the engineer contact number?
Thanks for watching the video. You can contact the engineer on 08034906594. Tell him you got the number from The Real Estate Explorer
please add subtitles, and you will get 10x more views.
Thanks. It will be added in other videos
