As proficient diamond industry experts, we faced a huge problem after a Diamond was cut. A black layer of carbon settled on the diamond. Thus, making it impossible for us to examine the features as well as the true colours of the diamond.
Imagine the cost that goes into cleaning lacs of diamond every month and the heavy losses behind it. Moreover, in the process of chemically boiling these black diamonds to remove the black soot, breakage also takes place.
Laser drilling a diamond imparts more clarity to it. But it also leaves a black carbon layer on the diamond. Like us, many others faced the same problems.

To fight these problems and overcome all these constraints, we invented the Dia Blaster Machine meant to remove the black dust that deposits on the diamond.

THE DIA BLASTER MACHINE
The process is simple yet efficient. It uses a strong air force with a powder to remove the deposited black carbon layer. Just place the diamond in the stand, press the paddle with foot for a few seconds and it’s done.
Yes, you read it right. It only takes a few seconds to clean a diamond. Imagine the time, money, and effort saved!
The Dia Blaster uses airflow to direct small abrasive particles (from the black layer) towards the bottom of the box. Thus, making the diamond sparkling clean again.
