Hey! I am not any CW master nor I passed any CW exam. For exams, it might work different. But I have learnt CW to the extent I can work activation and contest QSOs with little bit of chatting. Basically from zero, or rather from "scout children summer camp" level...
My way was to buy a paddle, connect it to the keyer in my rig, set 17wpm (but soon I went to 20) and I started to beep letters, trying to learn the sound at glance, without counting dots, etc.
Then I have learnt to beep my callsign and calls of my friends, then I continued with random calls I saw in my log. Then, I played Q-codes, such as QRZ, QSO, QRP, QSB, QTH, and other abbrevs, like CQ, GA, GE, GL, RST, UR, OP, KN, PSE, HW, BK, TU, TNX, UP. And of course 5NN!! The goal is to hear the whole thing at once, like you hear words in foreign language. You also read words, not letters. The problem with CW is that people try to decode letters, not words.
Having that, I started to *use* CW, 'cause it is the beat way to learn! I work Award and special event stations, they barely want/send anything else than your call and 5NN TU. Thus you are OK with just knowing that little. The same applies for WWFF and SOTA activators. Then I realized that working contests is not much more complicated. Well, speed, but otherwise you know everything. In some contest, CQ zone is the exchange, you already know it. So you only need to read the CQ station's callsign, play yours, read them repeating you call, play 5NN 14 and you are fine. A bit trickier with QSO numbering, but if you listen to several QSOs before you, you also know their QSO no.
Having that, I dared to call CQ myself, recording the session, listening the QSOs after few times and analysing what I missed. I also answer to random CQ now, sometimes the person wants to talk, so I give name and QTH and say that I am CW noob, they usually understand and don't bother me with avalanche of details about their RIGs... :-)
Don't be shy and start using CW as soon as you know the minimal basics, that will speed up the curve of learning and you will enjoy it!
    GL!

I forgot to mention.... Don't use any decoder any helpers, that would ruin your reading abilities. I knew about decoders, so I avoid them however, I got to use Icom IC-7300's or IC-705's Audio Scope where you see the shape of letters. This way I found myself rather visually reading the characters from the little "oscilloscope" there than by ear! ... which is a mistake, you realize that soon with other RIG without that ability.

Really from Zero ? OK. So start with recognizing the melody of each letter. Didadidit - L. Learn one per day and repeat it. After you have the alphabet, start listenting to the band, and try to decode callsigns. In a contest Situation that´s easy, because they repeat it all the time, but fast. Learn the melody. Then I suggest: Make yourself familiar with the Standard QSO and make room for 1 QSO per day, but do it every day. There´s only very few information that´s important. (Call, RPRT, Name, QTH, bonus is info about Station adn Weather) The rest is just following the ever same pattern. And then: Repetition, Repetition, Repetition. There is no magic trick, just the universal truth, that you will get as much out of it, as you put in, and sorry, this means to invest a decent amount of time. 73 Manuel; DL2MAN

App, mp3 and is there any sequence for example first M and K and so on?

@@QRP.lifestyle There are Apps out there, and bolovanro commented a great link to another youtube channel. I just looked it up, and that might be what you are looking for !
The sequence is not really important, as in the end: You need to know every letter and number ;) If I can help you: You have my contact. Glad to support someone who choses to learn the Art of CW. 73 Manuel; DL2MAN

Until 2000 CW was mandatory to achieve the full-license here in Italy. It was a good "border" between OM and a good way to be pushed on learning morse code. Nevertheless, after that, I think that the best way is practice CW with some friend, not necessary on-air. You have to fight the fear, you have to be confident like trying speaking a foreign language. Bye!

I learned at only 10 wpm. I was thinking that I could easily pass the 5 wpm exam. I almost failed! It was so slow I thought the tape player was broken. I kept getting lost in the dits and dahs. It was a horrible experience.I still can't copy slow code. LoL!😅
