Most Americans back then, were not aware of the Beatles history or experinces, especially in Hamberg. They were already experienced in how to deal with the press, and anyone of high status in Britain. Nobody was abused, but they didn't kiss ass either.

There was also some insane questions the reporters ask Ringo such as: Why was he in the hospital for, was his voice (or throat) the same after he got his tonsils removed, does he keep his rings on at all times *(Sometimes reporters ask Ringo questions about his rings, and I wonder if he gets annoyed by that.)* . But the most insane question I hear the boys get is about their hair and is it short than The Rolling Stones' hair.
