Rajiv you almost stole my words, i also belive that u have to fulfil ur urge for succes or material world and then rise to higher level or for that matter one can do this simultaneously tooo. I do it and follow it and am successful doing so. People just talk down about money and they never leave the sansar and go really
Business is not some skill that will generate your revenue directly. It's a series of steps. Crucial steps that are taken very cautiously, so that you can scale your product, your value and yourself. Business coach is a term used for people who can teach you things that can make you understand what business is! But... A business coach as an entrepreneur ( which is repeatedly said in the podcast) will help you in decision making according to your business. There are certain basic things like marketing, monetization and digitization. Even any MBA graduate or a person who has taken some classes of business studies and economics can tell you these basic things. But an actual business coach as an entrepreneur is capable of putting a number to the growth. 10x , 15x in 2 years or 5 years respectively. I hope that gives your answer.
@@Garvitb19 I can't research that for you. You should do it on your own. Also, As I said... Business coaches are different from business coaches as entrepreneurs. Please consider that while you refute. In companies, business analytics and business development is done. They hire talent for that. For those who can't afford to leave this level of decision making to employees who have lesser number of experience than those who are in the profession for a longer time and have the reputation. Any capitalist will go for that person. It's math and numbers all over again.
@@Garvitb19 I am not going to name them but here are few examples I can confirm that are happening in the market. A small time tech startup from Pune hires a freelance business coach from security (hacking) industry to understand the business aspect of keeping themselves secure. A medium sized construction firm hires a freelance structural engineer (rare occurrence as that job is done in India by architects and civil engineers) to understand the logic and science behind their buildings design. A big tech org hires a business coach as they were an international organisation starting their offices in India and had no clue how to deal with Indian markets. An example I can name, a multinational Indian organisation, Tech Mahindra (TechMBS Pune and Mumbai) hires a freelance business communications expect for their employee orientation program that happens every Friday.
I wanted to know how would a private sector business prepare itself to deal with mediocrity born out of reservations that will be coming to private sector before 2024 or before 2029, if one wants to grow business.
I agree with you. But, I believe dostcast is getting in the phase of trying different things. Even if it means becoming similar to others, they need to still try.
I think you've mistaken fame with being famous. I also think you've not listened to the whole podcast. He calls himself an entrepreneur. He is not a creator. His days of training and coaching are over. He's just the face of a big organisation. What he means by fame was in the context of feeling good about the fake reach that creators get these days. They are bound to get famous because that's what their earnings are about. But fame is more like just doing certain things and making certain decisions to catch the eye from the audience and when the Audience gets bored of you, they'll not hesitate to roll their eyes away from you. In this process, no value was created and very less revenue. If you wanna scale your business then don't run after fame.
You can relate this to Ashneer Grover. He was not famous when he was getting rich. He's famous when he got rich and became part of some news and became a face on the social media.
DON'T YOU THINK IT SHOULD BE IN HINDI SO THAT A PERSON LIVING IN ANY VILLAGE IN INDIA COULD EASILY UNDERSTAND IT AND TAKE THE LEARNINGS WITH HIM/HER TO THEIR WORKPLACE SO THAT THEY COULD APPLY IT THERE... THAT'LL HELP YOU TOO IN REACHING MORE AUDIANCE TOO
Hindi is not spoken in most villages and backward areas of India. And I think anyone who's planning to go into a workspace where they'll need to apply these learnings will be asked to apply them in English. English is a language that can get him even outside of India.
And when there are already innumerable Ashneers (not necessarily as popular) and most of Indian TH-cam, right from education to vacuum cleaner reviews (a lot of which they just take in one form or the other from English content btw), is already in Hindi/Hinglish, having some people make their content in English is so resentment-arousing? I mean, ours is a weird country. You can comment in English, you can play games made by English speaking people which you narrate in Hindi in gaming videos, you can translate English movies into vernacular languages, you can read mathematics problems from English textbooks (with the lecturer doing his Hinglish voiceover: "aaj baccho hum padhenge probability ka chapter"), but god forbid someone speak English, and resentment flows like a river. Let the Ashneers of the world be Ashneers and let others be what they want. Not everyone has to be Ashneer and not everyone has to be the people that love him.
I am amazed with how much clarity this person has. I know it gets too much when you go all in but clarity of GOALS is what everyone struggles with

A quick question for anyone watching this podcast with no intention of expressing hate: Why do you feel the need for a business coach?

@@humptysharma5331 Can you please name some big capitalists who have taken the help of business coaches to grow their businesses?

The rapper has got to be Badshah
I wanted to know how would a private sector business prepare itself to deal with mediocrity born out of reservations that will be coming to private sector before 2024 or before 2029, if one wants to grow business.
This was so vague….earlier dostcast used to be my favourite podcast…now it’s kinda becoming similar to others
I agree with you. But, I believe dostcast is getting in the phase of trying different things. Even if it means becoming similar to others, they need to still try.
I wish the guest was in focus and not his backdrop.
Don't run for fame....but he want to becomes famous by coming to podcasts and saying all sort of bs...

So so true
Ekdum Sahi Kaha Bhai. Baat duniya bhar ki karwa lekin inko bas apne Course bechna hain chahe vo Ads Chalakar beche ya Podcast krke
Haha i wonder how your mighty intelligence attaches appearing in a podcast's primary goal is to get fame. Get some Wisdom kid.

Not necessarily, people living in most villages in India don't understand Hindi.
Doesnt make business sense. No brand will advertise with him if the audience doesn't have purchasing power.

Pehle Hindi mein podcast kar k famous hona padega then u crete global podcast .
Using Hindi won't downgrade your podcast.
One reason Ashneer is loved and admired is his language.
