Or a mix of Thais and westerners? Maybe even some Chinese? And what about showing what your school is like? Classroom size, setting? And finally, maybe a walk to the beach to show us how close you are? Not sure if that would be one video or a couple, but think it would be interesting for viewers. Thanks, man. Thanks for all the great requests. I’m currently keeping my condo info a little private bate since I’ll be there for a year. I have a one bedroom for 16k baht a month which is on the expensive side but it’s a great secluded neighborhood that I love with an amazing view. Neighbors are mixed… Thais, Europeans, Chinese, Americans and mostly quiet on my floor. I almost never hear anyone from inside my place and can’t hear the street at all. I’ve shown a couple sunsets from my balcony before… pretty sure there’s one in my 6 months of living in Thailand retrospective. My class is down to about 10 people as many just signed up for 20 hours and then stopped. There’s a shot of our classroom in my I’m Learning Thai video. I pretty much walk to the beach in most of my vlogs but it’s edited up and showing the full route would give the location of my condo. My local beach is just a small one called Cosy Beach. It can be seen at the end of my very first vlog. It’s about 5 blocks from my condo.

Yoo, 🤘 quick questions about passports that are full in pages with old visas etc. Also when your passport expires outside the country how do you handle this over there ? What steps do you take ?
When your passport is full or expired, you need to get a new one. The embassy in Bangkok is the closest place and most people just mail it in and have it mailed back. My friend just did it. You can also use an agent.
The Georgian place looks really sweet, and your dish looks beautiful. So cool that you're still discovering new places. The voice of that singer! Living the good life indeed.
The music scene in the Philippines way back in the day was pretty incredible. When the Navy used to have a base in Subic Bay, there was many great live rock bars there. Great times, great music. That was 30+ years ago. Very talented musicians, and tons of great vocalists.
Yeah, there’s a reputation they have for great singers and musicians. We went to see a soul band play one night and they were a filipino band. 2 amazing singers there as well.
I am probably the only person that is not into bars, clubs, alcohol, girls, boxing, golfing, but i do enjoy going to nice restaurants but have to watch my weight too 😆
Another great video, Pete! As a lifetime musician who has gone to two music schools, my standards for live music are very high. Even here in Los Angeles, I am very selective about which bands I go see. However, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of live music all over Thailand. Some do but it’s not the culture. Many leave any coin they get… usually 5-30 cents usd worth
