about a month ago I gathered a ton of references of artists I admire and did sketches of them, rather than focusing on creating a finished copy of their work I would instead try to get the general idea, and do it quickly. I had drawn for 7+ hours on day one and about 3 and a half hours on day two. One tip I have for studying anatomy is to study NSFW artists, because their anatomy is obviously excellent. (if you're not comfortable with studying NSFW art that's totally fine too though)

i have such a clear idea of what I want my art to look like but GOD am I lazy to actually finish any pieces if it doesn't look exactly as I imagine, and that's really bad for actually achieving it aaaaaaaaaa. good video tho (I have been watching them for the last hour or something crazy like that) :D

You should take a look at the drawings you've done and look for what you do like, what you don't like and why it didn't turn out the way you wanted. Also just remember that it's never going to turn out the exact same as the image in your head, but as you get better at drawing you'll get close enough.

hell nahh man ill never be able to do all that, if i had to just study an artist for like a month straight id actually die
how it feels knowing that my 2d art will forever always suck nuts because im too busy with school and also mentally ill probably

you dont have to only do it, you can do it once in a while or if you wanted to do 3 drawings in a day, you could do one study and two fun drawings. And I guarantee you theres someone out there far busier than you that improved their art skills, either you just don't want the skills enough to actually try, you have poor time management, or you just draw too slow and you need more practice to get faster. I'm not trying to talk down to you I'm trying to point out that skill acquisition is always going to be time consuming. If you want it enough you'll put the hours in.
