For a future iterations of KNOCK I think it would be cool if the Sub feature had the default position be 0% at 12 o’clock, having a reductive aspect to it if you go counterclockwise from there. This would also make it a plug-in that can tighten up drums that have too much low end initially.
Also along with the Punch feature which affects the front of transients, it would be cool to have a feature that trims sustain.
Basically if this plug-in could fatten up AND clean up drums, I would literally say is 100% perfect.

Damn man, I really need rc20, but what I really want Knock (I also want Thermal or Portal from output, like so bad). It looks alot like Pusher from infected mushroom (Which I've also always wanted) I know you can always just throw your beats into the EQ, but Knock looks like it would be great for workflow, plus I think my little bro would use it all the time, I love the UI, the sub oscillators sounds like it would be super useful too. Definitely adding Knock to my VST wishlist, It would fit my library perfectly, just wish we had the money now but life got rough. You're one of my favorite producers bro, I respect the shit out of you and if you are using Knock, I wanna use it too.

Great selection of super useful tools! KNOCK is simply amazing, and it works not just for drums. I am using it with rhythm guitars and bass grooves with surprisingly nice results. GOOD ONE!

I use Omnisphere, Trilian, Knock, Pro Q3, and Ozone 10 Advanced. Ozone has a module called Stabilizer which is similar to Gulfoss and does a really great job helping you to get the sound you’re after.
I will never again do another drum track without Knock! That plug-in is cRazy!!

Wasn't expecting to see MemoryMode here but pleasantly surprised nonetheless. It has a great selection of all sounds and you can capture that iconic Moog thick bass sound. Really cheap as well, definitely do try it out!!

How does KNOCK compares to Ableton’s stock Drum Buss effect. Is difficult not to see the similarities. Did you based on it to develop KNOCK? The obvious advantage is that it works on any DAW. No hate, huge fan here.

How do you manage with the key that it change?
@@swgitsyo1210 2x and 4x mode do not change the key, because the notes only move down by octaves.
1.5x mode moves the notes down -5 semitones, ie, a descending fourth interval. Which is essentially the same as an ascending fifth, up +7 semitones, just an octave lower. After the octave, this -5/+7 interval is the simplest and most "consonant" interval. So when using 1.5x mode, you have two options:
1) Transpose your other melodic elements (eg, 808s) by -5 or +7 semitones to fit.
2) Do nothing! For a lot of melodies and keys, the melody will still be in key after using 1.5x mode. If it sounds good, and you don't hear any clashing notes, then go with it!

What's better.... BabyAudio TAIP, Wavesfactory Cassette, or Sketch Cassette II ???
They all serve different functions and perspectives on similar principles.
TAIP offers a quite accurate emulation of printing audio to real analogue tape and it gives you the ability to customise and dial in the effect to modern tastes. It's strengths lend itself well to mixing or bus processing scenarios.
Cassette offers what has become to be referred to as the 'classic' or even meta 'lo-fi' sound. It does destructive effects like warping well and offers a different flavour of saturation. I think this plugin shines more on individual tracks but also works on a bus or group.
Sketch Cassette 2 has the widest range of choices to affect your sound. For example, it offers multiple tape algorithms, destructive effects, two types of saturation plus control over any modulating effects like wow, flutter, dropouts and flanging. It offers a finishing compressor also.
Always try them before purchasing :)

Steinberg created the VST format - they are only allowing new developers to create plugins in VST3 format.. VST2 is going away

Ableton 11.1 beta runs natively on M1 - if the plugin isn’t M1 compatible, only AU will work
