I think I've st,I'll got my original one somewhere. We got these games as & when. Mysteries of old Peaking, was a favourite, & Lost Valley of the Dinosaurs.
Yeah I had loads of Waddingtons games too. Lost Valley of the Dinosaurs was one of my favourites. The 3D temple, lava-spewing volcano, the pterodactyl with its flapping wings and the dinosaur in the swamp... As a kid who loved dinosaurs, that game really inspired my imagination. The Vampire Game was another one. I used to spend long periods of time just looking at the artwork on the boards and picking out the little details... I clearly didn't get out enough.
You mean, why aren't they accurately coloured based on the video game? I guess it was probably just cheaper to use the same colours as they were using for the pac-man pieces.

The artwork for this edition shows red and yellow ghosts, so maybe they did that for one run but then subsequently changed to including two ghosts of the same colour for later printings so people didn't get confused. Or maybe they produced batches of all four colours and added them randomly? I'm in the UK, so maybe that's relevant somehow. I honestly can't say for sure.

@@Crazeewezie Ah, I hope you manage to find one for him. It's a fun little game and he will have a blast with it. If eBay doesn't work out, hit all the thrift / charity stores you can. In the UK I've seen this game a couple of times in those sorts of stores.

Hi, this is a very old game and long out of print. It turns up frequently on eBay, and often for quite reasonable prices.
