Elis Pehkonen Concerto for 2 pianos and orchestra

I don't quite remember how I acquired the disc that we're hearing now. I think it was attached to the BBC Music magazine, 30 odd years ago. I love it, and what I'd like to know is--- Why is this concerto, not more widely appreciated?
