I saw 7700 is the same in red in a video flight 123 Japan airlines video
when the plane is squawking 7500 doesn't the ATC not talk to that plane because it is being hijacked and they would just send jets to the aircraft?

It is publicated in official docs of every country and it changes nothing
Knowing the code and entering the code are two very different things. Plus, what we should be really worried about is the "Not really a hijacker - just a normal pilot. Nothing to see here." code (I forget what it is exactly).
