Before Wilbur could even begin the swinging down of his diamond blade, the tip of Techno's hoe laid gently against Wilbur's throat, his eyes filled with a calm look, it could send shivers down the spines of Gods, though he just swung a weapon with force enough to kill any man, pulling himself back to gently caress Wilbur's neck with the blade, a cold calm coming from his eyes swallowed the attention of Tommy and Wilbur, though he was retired, it seemed Techno hadn't forgotten his past life. No matter how badly he tried. "I help you bring this man down. You leave me be, forever, I don't want to see a single person after this." Wilbur, still shaking in the knees nods slowly: "O-of course." Techno squats down, picking up a handful of the soil before slowly watching it pour through his fingers, chuckling as he looks back up to Wilbur: "I suppose we have a country to burn."

The art style is nice. But the atmosphere the shadows add, the editing, the added in voice clips and the song is really pog. This has to be one of the best works ive seen you make. And im not saying this cause its a dream smp animatic. I know you wont make this into a full on animation but holy hell, considering what I see so far, I bet it would surprise me how freaking poggers it would be. (this isnt mw tryna make you make it fully animated, im just saying that this is pretty well made.)
Absolutely in love with this! things I love about this: - The Character Design is so amazing, and each character has like multiple designs base on which point in the timeline we are at (also lose it with Techno's straw hat Crown combo lol) - Love the recurring element of Fundy with the burning flag & the cracked screens making me feel like L'manburg is truly breaking. -The whole of ( 0:17 - 0:33 ) made the storyboarder in me freak out with the landscape/background shots to that transition of wilbur grabbing his coat and walking to the door, to that awesome 1st person preceptive of tommy. (also the whole Dream seeking out Techno was a clever way to show that.) so in short I will be rewatching this many times because I feel like I missed so much of the detail still in this!

techno in this- a wanted retired villain turned farmer who helps a friend overturn the government and training them to become the best. absolutely fantastic plotting, and so much history from just a few frames,
The whole thing is just..... perfect!!! but i think that what I liked the most is the attention that you gave to techno. everybody puts him as a side character, with just 2 or 3 scenes, but imo he is so important to the rp. love this soooooooo much omg and, of course, LONG HAIR TECHNO SUPREMACY

The shot of him with his mask on for the first time is just gold, let alone him and Dream in full war gear. Amazing art and excellent song choice!

Watched the premiere!! Loved all the character designs so much, and the way you draw armor/weapons is super cool! the Techno/Dream sequence, Niki in her bakery, Techno's trident, and Tommy vs Schlatt were my favorite parts I think :))

I don't even know where to start! The art style, the character choice to accompany a specific lyric, the scenes of color, the choice of the song, the details of of each character. This is just truly amazing and really really hope that some mcyt reacts to this. Outstanding animatic!!🔥
Alright, I really want to talk about 2:29. There’s so many amazing moments here, but this moment specifically gets me. That’s the moment where they’re all stood around the table, including Dream, planning. It’s the fact you included DREAM during their planning that makes me love it so much and I’ll explain why. Following this moment, there’s two awesome scenes of Techno and Dream standing together (2:36 - THE RAW POWER THIS IMAGE HAS, BY THE WAY) and the fact that it’s followed up by none other than George. Especially George with that smug smirk. It immediately gives me the image of Dream and George working on opposite sides of this revolution, however, there’s no actual bad blood between them. Even though George is technically on the side of Schlatt and Manburg while Dream assists the rebels, they’re not against each other. Instead, I can imagine the two of them meeting up between it all and hanging out like the good friends they are. Together, they can laugh and forget about Manburg and Pogtopia and all the struggles of the world. But over time, George begins to change. The longer he stays in Manburg, he starts to grow closer to the people there, including Schlatt. He starts to like being there with them all. These changes eventually drive a wedge between him and Dream. At one point, George tries to explain that Manburg isn’t really that bad. Dream just can’t see it because he’s too busy “staying in the shadows”. He doesn’t see that George has made good friends there- he’s made a good life! Sure, the people aren’t perfect, but they make him laugh! He enjoys their company. They’re good, even Schlatt! But unfortunately, Dream can’t agree, having seen the way that Pogtopia has struggled since Wilbur and Tommy were banished. He’s seen what they’ve endured and how Schlatt’s rule has negatively affected not only Pogtopia, but those who have lived in Manburg. George is only blind to it all because he’s in a position of power among Schlatt, unable to see the damage being caused because Schlatt is only showing him what he wants George to see. This tears them apart. The two leave and Dream returns to Pogtopia. There, he declared he’ll join the Revolution. Even though he can’t fight in the war itself, he can provide any materials they need. But in exchange, he wants to be the one to deal with George. You can interpret the ending there. I’d like to imagine George will see how truly terrible Schlatt is and realize his mistake, causing him to regret his decisions. Either way, that image of George at 2:38 inspired a wonderful thought of George becoming what Pogtopia would imagine him to be. Even though we know George to be good, they only see him as part of Manburg and working with along side Schlatt. And the idea of him gradually becoming corrupted by the power and Schlatt’s lies seems so good to me. He becomes the cruel figure Pogtopia imagines to be. And Dream all the while struggles with losing a close friend. Anyway, I’m sorry for the long ramble! But thank you for the amazing plot ideas!! I figured I’d share in case anyone wants to take the idea and make it into something! I had a lot of fun imagining it! Incredible work!!!
I like the detail that Fundy basically never smiles throughout this whole thing, it's almost as if he doesn't want to be there (on the Manberg side) which is like a hint towards him being a spy? Probably reading too deep LOL

The Chromatic!!!! - Okay but was the mustache supposed to be just schlatts? Because it reminded me of a certain horrible dictator. - I’m adoring Tommy’s undercut but what’s funny is that people keep drawing Tommy in a way that makes him look like me. - Okay it was really clear who’s who which sometimes is hard in B&W animatics!! - Showing the Tiny Schlatt? Beautiful imagery! - The quotes to begin and end, full circle! Incredible!
Alright overall this animation is fire 🔥🔥🔥 but I wanted to give some respective criticism because I know almost all animators want to improve their work. On the noses I noticed a circle, I assume that is something you got use to doing to help make the nose, but I think if the circle wasn’t there it might be better. Reminder this is respective criticism to help sky improve, I’m not hating on their work.
As an animator myself I agree on this, also I feel like most faces r similar and a lil more uniqueness in each of them may go a long way imo but overall it's an extremely beautiful animatic and I can't wait to c more :)
I love the design of Techno from 1:40 - 1:50, it is absolutely terrifying. Also dream really looks like the man in the shadows, emotionless, working on his plan, while Wilbur and Tommy are hopelessly trying to start another revolution an Schlatt is just enjoying his place as the emperor, like dream is just above all of them.

That’s the moment where they’re all stood around the table, including Dream, planning. It’s the fact you included DREAM during their planning that makes me love it so much and I’ll explain why.
Following this moment, there’s two awesome scenes of Techno and Dream standing together (2:36 - THE RAW POWER THIS IMAGE HAS, BY THE WAY) and the fact that it’s followed up by none other than George. Especially George with that smug smirk. It immediately gives me the image of Dream and George working on opposite sides of this revolution, however, there’s no actual bad blood between them. Even though George is technically on the side of Schlatt and Manburg while Dream assists the rebels, they’re not against each other.
Instead, I can imagine the two of them meeting up between it all and hanging out like the good friends they are. Together, they can laugh and forget about Manburg and Pogtopia and all the struggles of the world. But over time, George begins to change. The longer he stays in Manburg, he starts to grow closer to the people there, including Schlatt. He starts to like being there with them all.
These changes eventually drive a wedge between him and Dream. At one point, George tries to explain that Manburg isn’t really that bad. Dream just can’t see it because he’s too busy “staying in the shadows”. He doesn’t see that George has made good friends there- he’s made a good life! Sure, the people aren’t perfect, but they make him laugh! He enjoys their company. They’re good, even Schlatt!
But unfortunately, Dream can’t agree, having seen the way that Pogtopia has struggled since Wilbur and Tommy were banished. He’s seen what they’ve endured and how Schlatt’s rule has negatively affected not only Pogtopia, but those who have lived in Manburg. George is only blind to it all because he’s in a position of power among Schlatt, unable to see the damage being caused because Schlatt is only showing him what he wants George to see.
This tears them apart. The two leave and Dream returns to Pogtopia. There, he declared he’ll join the Revolution. Even though he can’t fight in the war itself, he can provide any materials they need. But in exchange, he wants to be the one to deal with George.
You can interpret the ending there. I’d like to imagine George will see how truly terrible Schlatt is and realize his mistake, causing him to regret his decisions. Either way, that image of George at 2:38 inspired a wonderful thought of George becoming what Pogtopia would imagine him to be. Even though we know George to be good, they only see him as part of Manburg and working with along side Schlatt. And the idea of him gradually becoming corrupted by the power and Schlatt’s lies seems so good to me. He becomes the cruel figure Pogtopia imagines to be. And Dream all the while struggles with losing a close friend.
Anyway, I’m sorry for the long ramble! But thank you for the amazing plot ideas!! I figured I’d share in case anyone wants to take the idea and make it into something! I had a lot of fun imagining it! Incredible work!!!

I like the detail that Fundy basically never smiles throughout this whole thing, it's almost as if he doesn't want to be there (on the Manberg side) which is like a hint towards him being a spy? Probably reading too deep LOL

help i cant stop rewatching this, just realised how cool and intimidating schlat looks in this animatic
Alright overall this animation is fire 🔥🔥🔥 but I wanted to give some respective criticism because I know almost all animators want to improve their work. On the noses I noticed a circle, I assume that is something you got use to doing to help make the nose, but I think if the circle wasn’t there it might be better. Reminder this is respective criticism to help sky improve, I’m not hating on their work.
As an animator myself I agree on this, also I feel like most faces r similar and a lil more uniqueness in each of them may go a long way imo but overall it's an extremely beautiful animatic and I can't wait to c more :)

I love the design of Techno from 1:40 - 1:50, it is absolutely terrifying. Also dream really looks like the man in the shadows, emotionless, working on his plan, while Wilbur and Tommy are hopelessly trying to start another revolution an Schlatt is just enjoying his place as the emperor, like dream is just above all of them.
