I love how Ghostbur’s presence is portayed in this whole thing, like he’s there every once in a while but he feels distorted and unlike many other images of him, he isn’t smiling. He looks sad, his role as one of the main characters in all the other parts of the story has been pushed back and he is in the role of an audience now... i just find that, the absolute best way it could’ve been done.
IKR! it took me a while to find out the meaning behind his presence in this animation. I feel like it shows regret of some sort, and when technoblade got crushed by the anvil everything went white, and ghostbur was there, I feel like that represents death in some way.
Seeing Ghostbur moving silently throughout the entire story from his death, especially around Techno and Tommy, almost beckoning them to die. The fact that Sad-ist incorporates that here, from seeing blue blood spilt in the snow, to seeing Ghostbur watching Techno as he quickly passes through the afterlife in the totem scene is just incredible.

I know right! The totem, in a way, fighting off the the anvils force. Techno’s head being remade in a second. All such smooth and amazing graphics that just make it even better. It is a super creative way to animate that scene and it’s magnificent.
