Baby Corn : 2 Packet
Onion : 2 No's
Tomato : 3 No's
Garlic : 1 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds : 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder : A Pinch
Chilli Powder : 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder : 1 n Half Tbsp
Cumin Powder : 1/4 Tsp
Dry Red Chilli : 3 to 4 No's
Butter : 1/4 Tsp
Cashew Nuts : 15 to 20 No's
Coriander Leaves As required
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Hello chef! Wonderful recipe. I've a doubt. Is there any specific reason why you use cashew nuts paste in many of your dishes.
Cashew nut paste makes the gravy thick and creamy.

Sir please explain how the cashew paste to be made.I have seen u r using this paste in many the recepies.Curious to know the procedure.
usually it is soaked for 10 or 15 minutes before grinding.
Dry masala allways use in oil pan don't mix after putting vegetables
Recipe is good. But, speaking with very low voice.. During introduction volume is good but once recipe starts, dont know why speaking with feeble voice.
