a 2007 honda accord is my first car, got it at least 3 months ago. it moves honestly. I have a i4, but it sounds nice stock. but I'll get to that part eventually. I dont like all the plastic crap they put on these cars, I think it looks tacky, the fact that I can put a $60 intake that looks so much better, and fuel economy goes up as well, is a real seller for me.
@61 Cygni yea i want to install one too but scared because it’s such an old BUT reliable car. i want my honda wit me for life so i can do more upgrades on it. i alr upgrade the. radio and installed a touchscreen
Hey man love the vid! Intakes definitely help the k24A4 in the Accord 7th gen, next thing ya should do is exhaust! You’ll notice a huge difference in torque and the engine will love less back pressure so better mpg if you’re not to busy enjoying the amazing sounds Honda make 🙏🏼
Thank you for the comment...unfortunately I have totaled that car.....I loved it!!! Just put new tires on it and the exhaust was definitely the next thing on the agenda....I bought a Honda CRV because I needed a utility vehicle....sold my Jeep to my little sister.
Goosebumps, sounds so mint. Definitely going to put a CAI on mine, I've removed the resonator box inside the bumper and it already sounds better but it's a half ass job. In Germany you can't get almost anything, every mod comes either from Holland or the states.
Advice please, when I had a 97 accord I did this to it, it was all good. NOW I have a 2006 accord and want it again as I love the noise but I am worried that it may be bad for the car, can anyone give a decent answer on this? e.g: does the ECU etc adjust to the increased flow?
anytime you mod your car youre taking chances with it becoming less reliable because everymod is bring the car another step out of its comfort zone just have to make sure you know what youre doing and putting on your car and how to take care of it after the fact
simple mods like an sri or a catback wont hurt the car. however if you want to even see some form of power gain, resetting the ecu and replacing the o2 sensor after the exhaust manifold would help with that.
so i have question i got a 2007 honda accord 4 door lx v6 3.0L says low emission vehicle anyway i put 45$ cold air intake but here is the deal the filter i buy different 45$ K&N Big Universal Air intake and fit like glove i put there seems everything ok but when i shut off car i hear something clicking at front like that air intake there is metal clapping sound idk why is this normal? and i didnt remove nothing but battery first and stock air intake is a short ram cold air intake
I just put that intake on my 2007 accord, but when I start my car it stays on for like 5 seconds and turns off, I took out the filter but the same thing happens, do you know what's happening?
Not really sure. Make sure all the clamps are tight and the air flow sensor is attached properly. Those are really the only two things that I had to deal with.
I did not modify anything. It didn’t make the engine come on either but I think other people have had their engine light come on. Probably a loose connection?
Zack Horbus I installed this a while back and have never had any codes or any problems. I have been asked this before so I don’t know if others might be having issues or not.
Mine sounds like this but louder since I have an exhaust leak 😅definitely I did Somthing wrong it’s a little slower but sounds better and loud , Jesus is king he coming to take his church ⛪️ soon 🙏🏽 amen
That video was done when I first started. I now have about five good microphones several cameras green screens back drops computers etc . But thanks for the criticism!
I travel for work so I always keep track of my mileage. When you buy gas write down the mileage on the receipt and save it. The next time you fill up do the same thing. Make sure it has the gallons on it. Subtract the new mileage from the old and that is how many miles that you traveled on however many gallons you put in. Divide miles traveled by gallons used. For example 325 miles divided 12 gallons = 27 mpg.
*LOW MILES* Driven by an older gentleman. low engine wear. Good price.
Haha and don’t forget clean carfax
I got a 2007 Honda Accord ex v6 I’m tryna get mine a cold air intake
that sound beautiful! I got a white 2007 Honda Accord ex v6 and I’m trying to get a cold air intake to my accord
Hey man I just got an 04 Accord DX with a 5 speed, this really helps out on looking for a cold air intake and what to expect with sound 😎

It is a fantastic car! Unfortunately mine has been totaled....I loved that car and it was very fast for such a small engine.

Has this causes anything bad to happen?
@@Wiickked_Wiz doesn't do anything bad.
Its trippy that my wife drives a white pilot (same gen) and i drive a blue/gray accord (same gen.)
Just did this to my 2005 v6 accord.. sounds so sick
👌 perfect sir. Got a 03 and that’s what I’m going to do next
Thank u very much brother just ordered it
Np problem.
Love the video man

Yes it does. As long as there isn't forced induction then u good
I’ve been doing research and yes it could damage your car in the long run size the computer in your car doesn’t know what’s going on

Sounds amazing!!!
I love it I just put in my car
That looks like an automatic, why does it seem like u have u hand on the shifter?
I rest my hand there because that was my first automatic car. I am used to a stick shift!
Did you do anything else to it? Tune?
No....
if I'm correct this should still fit my 2003 Honda accord 2.4l lx ?
I really don’t know but it very well could…I loved that car and wished that I still had it!
seems like it should same engine same hose set up and same maf sensor location so guess ill give it a try @@norabder1008

i-4
l4 stands for 4 cylinder right?
@@milesbigelow4775 yeah inline 4 cylinder
Does this help mpg at all?
It did increase my mileage by 3 mpg. Unfortunately I totaled that car. I loved that car!
Is that a 3.0 and is that dual exhaust?
It was a 4.0 v-tech and no it was stock single exhaust.
That’s crazy I have a 2005 Honda Accord hybrid which has 255hp and it’s a 3.0
Did you have to modify anything? Did it make the check engine light come on?
I did not modify anything. It didn’t make the engine come on either but I think other people have had their engine light come on. Probably a loose connection?
What exhaust do you have on it?
Is their any codes popping up on your dash?
Zack Horbus I installed this a while back and have never had any codes or any problems. I have been asked this before so I don’t know if others might be having issues or not.
You'll usually lose low end torque with cold air intakes , dyno it and you'll find out ..
That makes no sense lol
you have an exhaust on this car?
Of course I do...it...sounds throaty though!
Fun with Pedro's Family, Friends and Food! What kind of exhaust??
Jonathan Torres just stock.
Hey Pedro, drink some for me lol
Dogging the hell out of it

How can you tell you got 3 miles more per gallon? Is there a way to check/find the fuel range on these 06/07 accords?
