Word of advice if the spark plugs are working and you don’t have a misfire just leave them alone. Depending on if you have a 2 valve or 3 valve some will shoot out (usually cylinder no 7 for some reason on the ones I’ve worked on) or they will strip extremely easy and you have to helicoil (been there not a fun time) or take the head to get machined/new head. If you must change them make sure the engine is hot and crack them loose with the impact. Also if you get the chance to trade for a 5.7/5.3 Chevy do it haha. Everyone has their opinions and brands but all of the 5.4s I’ve delt with and worked on have been a bunch of headaches. Congratulations on the truck though it’s a great feeling to finally have something to pull trailers and stuff! Hope she treats ya good!
