I traveled to Tuscany and Volterra in 2019. Absolutely loved the views of the Tuscan Hills from Volterra. Pasta with boar ragu is a must. I am re-living these wonderful memories through you. Thank you Nicki!!!

I wish to share my true experience with all. Last week after watching Nicki's video , I went to my office and I saw some troubled heated argument of my staff and one of the client. Normally, I behave very strong and start fighting myself. But I was in such positive and good mood that I looked at the things in a very different perspective. Within 5 minutes I managed to resolve the dispute to a happy ending. Incredible feeling. You are making positive change to lives of many. In fact, I have started recommending Nicki's channel to many of my friends whom I feel needs a strong dose of happiness and positivity. You are an Angel. Stay blessed. Lovely countryside and beautiful traditional buildings. Andrea Bocelli came to New Zealand for one concert. Such an amazing voice and presence.was a magical evening.
Twenty years ago, we happened upon Voltara! As Canadians we love to drive the back roads, it was getting late in the day and we needed to stop and find accommodation, we saw a road sign and decided to look for a B &B. Well were we surprised at this find, this amazing historic walled city to this day at family gatherings we reminisce about Voltara!🇨🇦❤️

I'm always amazed at the shape of the Cypress and the beautiful trees that exist in your part of the world. Didn't realize Celine was a cook. Glad to see something as familiar as a KitchenAid. Makes all the difference in my cooking life. I am pausing this video and taking notes on all these wonderful ideas she cooks. I am thrilled you have a new vehicle I was waiting for that news. How cool it is that you have that experience with Andre Bocelli.(A cousin of mine, demoed keyboards for Sony, for a while, all over the world. Super interesting job for him. Electronic stuff winning an Academy award for several scores backdropping movies. the technical side of the Oscars - not the super showy up front stuff.That huge large musical industry is an extremely interesting one. What a great extra treat for a cold dark autumn evening. What a lovely villa. I can imagine laying by the pool soaking up the sun . I must say when you said red light was on for petrol I did worry you wouldn't make it to a petrol station. Your vlogs are the best.

Fantastic episode, I totally see the appeal of living in Tuscany. Gorgeous and I could almost smell the lavender, rosemary and porcini. If I ever make it back to Italy, hope it will be in Porcini season. Love how caring Celine is with her dog and that he goes to work with her. Your friendship is a joy to witness. It makes me sad when you have to say goodbye to Celine. I have a best childhood friend that lives about 5 hours away, and we only see each other once or twice a year. I really enjoyed watching Celine cook...very inspiring. Lovely video!!
The Celine/Nicki relationship/story is quite special. We should all be so lucky to have an age old friendship like that. It is lovely and generous for Nicki to focus on Celine and her work. Nicki was fortunate the client allowed the camera at the private dinner. I love having a talented chef cook for me in my home. Celine's professional relationship with food makes for very colorful and interesting video productions. Tuscany is a personal expertise of mine, and I could easily see Nicki prospering there. I have never been to Chianni, but the area looks quite special and worth a visit. I wish Nicki had more time to spend in Volterra, which is another special place to visit. I would love to see Nicki explore other areas of Chianti and Southern Tuscany as well. Nicki could become (if she wanted to) a newer, more fun version of Karen Brown, exploring some of Tuscany's best lodging options. Tourists would love that. Nicki's trips are so much fun to watch. If only Carlo could get away from his day job and do more drone work. Tuscany is an amazing place to film from an air balloon, especially at sunrise. The most colorful time to visit is late May/early June.
My heart warmed seeing the Tuscan countryside. There is something so special about that area of Italy. These two videos were some of my favorite! Between the pasta Celine made, the fun adventures and getting to see Lucca again (visited there on my honeymoon) it was a delight!
It’s so wonderful that you two have maintained your friendship and are able to enjoy such a beautiful country together sometimes.

The food looked fabulous that Celine made. I enjoyed you hearing Andrea Bocelli singing in the shower and how both Celine and Bocelli brought you to Italy. I kept thinking about the movie, "Under the Tuscan Sun" with the open countryside, villas, and stone cottages. Although there weren't any sunflowers the lavender, rosemary, and olive trees beside the swimming pool were just as lovely. Jenny

Rolling Hills are much better than 500 steps. So many abandoned properties in Italy, Spain and Portugal. So many new YT channels of ex pats buying them up and rebuilding their dream retirements. Portugal is cheapest right now. Time to shop and invest Carlos!

I love where Celine lives its so quiet, secluded and pretty. I'm in NZ where people say we have a good quality of life (not at the moment) but I think you guys have it better. There are a lot of similarities but the Italians really know how to live. They have their priorities right. Thoroughly enjoyed this episode Nicky.
I live in NZ. Yes there is beauty but the food isn’t great really and so expensive if it is , also there’s no culture of going out as a family at night and eating in restaurants.
@@7ofthem I agree we lack the culture and the history. I've lived in England and I miss all that, the pub culture and casual dining And especially the country walks and the history. The food is soooo expensive here too you are right. I still can't get used to it after a year back in the country.

My husband and I were talking before you mentioned it. We said that the Tuscan area would be a perfect place for you and Carlo one day. The Tuscan area is so beautiful. We actually visited Volterra. Beautiful. If you have never been I suggest that you visit San Gimignano. The best gelato in the world. Stunningly beautiful. Thank you for taking us along on yet another great adventure. 👍👍

We have an expression in French which goes "Quand on n'a pas de tête, il faut avoir des jambes". Who falls short in the head, must be long in the heels.
