Raven's Home Cast TEASES Tanya Baxter's RETURN! (Exclusive)

- Will Raven Baxter's mom, Tanya Baxter, return to 'Raven's Home?' Only ET's Deidre Behar spoke with the cast during the 100th episode celebration about the possibility of fan-favorite actors returning to reprise their roles. Raven-Symoné, Rondell Sheridan and Anneliese van der Pol dish on Tanya's wherabouts, and how the series plans to address her in the future. Raven says she's in touch with the actress who played Tanya, T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh, and there is a phone call out to her to come back! Plus, Issac Ryan Brown, Emmy Liu-Wang, Felix Avitia and Mykal-Michelle Harris all say they'd love to film a crossover episode with the young actors who starred on the series from season 1-4: Navia Robinson (Nia), Sky Katz (Tess) and Jason Maybaum (Levin). One thing's for sure: Booker is growing up! Issac confirms to ET that his character will have an on-screen kiss this season. 'Raven's Home' airs Fridays on Disney Channel.

I'm really impressed with the 5th season. I thought it was gonna change too much due to removing the entire cast from the first 4 seasons. But the script and jokes are written the same to me. And if you think about it, the first 4 seasons were always revolved around Booker and Raven's visions to be fair. Best of luck to the new cast. 🤞🏽 love it.

I get that T’Keyah left because of her ill grandma but them writing that Tanya is STILL in England is pushing it 😩 so she just went to law school overseas and never came home, just sends money (and Raven says “how do you think we have this big house in San Francisco and a restaurant ” like it’s a new home, lmao girl it’s been there before she left and before she even became a lawyer) nah the math ain’t mathing, they needed to have her return the same episode Victor did two seasons ago, there was never any explanation as to why she hasn’t been brought on, even T’Keyah said she’d love to be on the show (and this is when a fan asked back in season 1)
Exactly and another thing I thought of is that after Cory and Victor went to the White House and (presumably) came back, how did they get the house back? I mean if they own it that answers that but then why wouldn’t they be able to afford it later on and if they don’t own the house, the latter question remains.

@@cicihopeluv Maybe they never sold it but maybe Rented it out instead kinda as far as why Tanya is still in England they could Tie in 3 characters Stories together as in Tanya, Cory & Eddie. As Cory coulda been chosen by the President to go w/ his Daughter to some kinda thing where his Father was Catering in England in which Dude hired Cory & Eddie to work the Event then they got into some kinda LAW Troubles where Tanya had to become their more Conservator to where they had to currently all 3 be stuck in England cause of the Terms of Cory & Eddie's Parole. Easy Peasy.

They rarely mentioned Tanya, so I'm glad she's coming back. I always thought the mom and dad got divorce because why else wouldn't she be back if her husband was sick?
No. Raven just said that she was still in England
They never got divorced. when she left the show it was said she went back to school. And in Cory in the house it was said she back at the chill grill. I think Disney didn’t want to divorce them because she left to take care of her mother and not any foul reasoning.

Hope she comes back T’Keyah left on pretty heartbreaking terms and Tanya didn’t get a send off. I wish they would at least mention where Tanya is at and if her and Victor are still married it just seems weird Tanya wouldn’t come back when Victor had his heart attack.
Loved the character of Tanya! She had a great relationship with both of her kids, Chelsea and Eddie. To me she was the heart of the characters! Would love to see the character back one day

I hope it opens the door for Cory in the House characters to somehow come back. The president retired, Sophie, Newt, Meena. I feel like it would be so random if they showed up in episodes vacationing or dining at the chill grill. I miss that cast.
The person who played Sophie played Leo's gf/ wife on lab rat's.
It could happen but I doubt it, they’re not really connected to raven, and barely are connected to victor, but it would be cool.

To be honest, when I was little, watching That's So Raven, Tanya was my least favorite character, I was like "c'mon, let the kids have fun", you know what I mean? lol But now, as a adult, I was caught up in the middle of nostalgia with Disney+ and re-watched the whole series (completely, for the first time) and I instantly fell in love with Tanya and I couldn't believe how hard I was laughing with her scenes... and then when I heard about this changing in Raven's Home, I was so excited to see T'Keyah playing Tanya once more but it was a bummer cause she wasn't part of the cast or nowhere to be seen. Hopefully - fingers crossed - she will return cause I'm pretty sure she still nails this role!
I agreed I thought the mom was boring and had but now she was a great character
I loved her character the moment when her and Raven had a girl's day at the spa and Raven was trying to get close to that singer in one of the episodes 😂

As I’m watching That’s So Raven rn (regular) I came on TH-cam for something completely different and got caught off guard this makes me so happy. This is progress we’re getting somewhere.
