I am still listening and thanking Spirit for you landing in my TH-cam inbox Scott!!!! What a fresh, awakened and integrative approach you bring to your channel. Well done my friend. Goodonya!!!! ( as they say in Australia) Off topic, have you ever thought of interviewing Dr. Pat Allen? She’s another brilliant mentor of mine. I’m not sure if she is doing interviews anymore tho… (she is in her eighties.) ❤❤❤❤❤ Tera
Oh, and yes Dr Scott… this is my first introduction to you and you are fantastically witty, intellegent and I’ve just subscribed! ❤ With love, Tera Vivian
How I enjoyed witnessing and feeling the dynamics between the two of you ♥️ Thats ventral vagus in action - filled with softness and play. Might be the most touching interview, I have heard with Deb Dana. Thank you 🙏🏻
This was so fantastic Deb!!! Thank you for the refreshing humor inside of this interview!!! I hope this message finds you. One day I will contact you directly. I am following you intently with a prayer to eventually meet you. I am an HSP with an extremely rare condition - advanced adrenal insufficiency (from the physical trauma of my bones displacing now over 3000 times from a crush injury on a train). The what happens is that this rare condition (until I am able to follow the protocol to fully restore my adrenal cortex) well, so far, my body is all too frequently thrown into FFF.(This occurs from bones dislodging or not following proper protocol in order to successfully summit an “adrenal crash cycle”. The joy is to get unstuck as quickly as possible. This is in part facilitated by your work. As well as my own personal passion - and compassion - in the direction of growth, transformation and self-development. Thank you for the generosity of your work!!!!! ❤❤❤❤
@@teravivian4103 thank you for sharing your vulnerable story ! That sound so challenging, but I’m glad that Deb’s work - and your own passion and tools - has been so helpful to your healing ❤️ sending so much love

Wow wow wow! 😅🤣 This was the most fun I’ve had in a long time. Had no idea Scott Lyons was this funny, but I feel like I should have. 😅 The band, the Teradactal, “Polyamory”😆😂 Dr. Scott, you did not miss! I didn’t think I could love Deb Dana anymore, but watching the two of you felt like having my best friends in my living room. So welcoming to my nervous system. Thank you for this treat after a hard day trying to come out of Dorsal. 🙏🏾🥰 See y’all at band rehearsal!🤘🏾✨😆
Could I be a great blue heron standing in the falls fishing or next to a busy construction site knowing I've been left alone? managers hate vagal people, I always tried to be vagal inside but appear fearful because they think that is attentive...after years it has backfired how do I continue manual labor when dizziness strikes and I must keep moving and being accurate? I am practicing shopping at Walmart, but I get disoriented and I walk away without paying twice now. I am afraid to get arrested now. Dorsal feels safer...and art finds me
