Good effort, feel like some dialogue would have helped as well as doing it in daylight. Also would have been a good idea to mention the Calliper cage bolts are not standard spanner size but Torx bolts, as not many DIY people would know the difference or have the correct kit. Trying to use standard spanners on Torx bolts is very difficult and spanner rash ( spanners slipping of bolt heads and taking the skin off your knuckles ) bloody hurts.
Great video again. Could you tell us in the future, if you decide to do this again, what you're using, why you're doing what you are and just a little explanation of how you're going about doing it. Thanks again.
good! safety first. one thing though, u dont need that locktite for that rotor screw. last time i checked WIS, it only needs 8NM to tighten it up. with tires installed, its not going anywhere
Nice video really appreciate you uploading as just bought a 180d amg line and wanted to do oil change and rotors etc myself, what would be amazing would be to list below your title all the bits you used and the torque settings for wheels and pins etc. Jack point location at front helped me also thanks alot. Must have taken a while to do and I for one am grateful my friend. All the best and look forward to more how to vids on this lovely motor!

What torque for the caliper to carrier bolts please, you showed us 120 for the carrier to hub bolts, but these 2 surely loads less??

Excellent video! No time wasted !
Good job Imran thanks for the video. I'm considering buying a 180 or 200 and like to see how easy it is to work on the car before buying it
Good video. Does the chamfered edge of the brake pads go at the top or the bottom. Also, what size e torx do i need?
@@filmsbyimran_ thanks for that info, i have ordered an e-torx socket set that goes up to size 24 so i should be covered
Can you list down the material you used? Say the spray, and the goo?

That’s great to know, thanks for letting me know. What does WIS mean?

can u make a video for a rear brake calippers🙏🏻?
what is the guide pin torque?
very educational video for my mechanic :)
LOL :)
Fantastic workmanship
Great video! One question please, discs size front 295mm and rear 276mm correct? Cheers
does it need computer reset for this job?
@@filmsbyimran_ Is it thanks to the cabin backup battery?
@@chuk90 no, the rear brakes have electronic hand brake, so you need the computer to tell the rear pistons to retract
The rear calipers can be put into retracted service mode. On my 2018 b 200 sport. Via menu on car dash. No computer needed
Started in the morning finished at night😅
