@@jonothandoeser All activity ruins your body. That type of lifting is actually not dangerous to the body compared to any other type of lifting. Powerlifting is relatively safe and has less chance of injury than crossfit.
Keep the progress overlord and by time you'll be able to do it, I started with 40kg lol now after 6 months my pr is 120kg (sumo not convential but whatever) and hitting 300kg in the next 2 years is an objective.

Your respect for the act and acknowledgment of the benefits are honestly half the battle. You already have the right mindset, my advice is to find the least intrusive way to introduce gym time to your routine. Is there a gym on the way to your work? Then normalize leaving 1 an hour earlier. workout on the way to, or from work. and if you want to freshen up bring a small gym bag with 1 pair of clothes, a towel, and sandals to use in the restroom, and you're good to go.
In high school we would cheer him on. When someone would get into a big lift it's was everyone getting into it. Our weight coach hated a quiet weight room. No talking, but weights banging around and encouragement.

Well I was jacked and ripped in my 20s from the gym now I am fucked big time lower back pain but it also didn't help I always would Go Go at any job I could get trying to get threw life I look back and ask myself why did I always try to go above and beyond at the end of the day it Don't even matter plus life ends no matter what size you are.

This is why I love public gyms , everyone helps you. They will motivate you and get you to push past the pain. That guy yelling “up up up” he’s the reason why the gym community is so great. Dude was lifting 700+ pounds, that definitely hurts. Great video!!
An important thing to notice here is when he did that he provided confidence to everyone in that gym. I guarantee you that after he made that lift everyone else working out was like, "Hell yeah! Let's get it!" And that's highlighted through people coming up to him and saying great job etc. Male comrades are so important.

Well I was jacked and ripped in my 20s from the gym now I am fucked big time lower back pain but it also didn't help I always would Go Go at any job I could get trying to get threw life I look back and ask myself why did I always try to go above and beyond at the end of the day it Don't even matter plus life ends no matter what size you are.

An important thing to notice here is when he did that he provided confidence to everyone in that gym. I guarantee you that after he made that lift everyone else working out was like, "Hell yeah! Let's get it!" And that's highlighted through people coming up to him and saying great job etc. Male comrades are so important.
