Thanks mam for the advice and whatever you have said is 💯 right 👍, i use to apply 100+jobs every single day and after few weeks got a job and i get thousands of emails for another job and 5-6 calls minimum per week for job.
It depends on location too! It tends to be a lot easier in rich cities like Leeds, Manchester and London etc. I would also suggest, be likeable! A lot of managers would give someone a job even if they are less skilled, simply because they like them, if you are the happy and full of life type of person then you definitely have a better chance. Also always try to contact the manager directly when applying
Not anymore lol. Now the skilled worker visa salary requirement is ridiculous and internationals are going to be in for a rough ride. I just came back from my studies in the UK and I'm telling you this.
you dont know about new entry scheme? if u are under 26 u can get a discount of 30% meaning 26k salary requirement. if u didnt get a job then be quiet instead of telling others to stop
What she said is true, whether you find it motivating or demotivating, it’s true. Although I don’t agree with the sentence , that if you aren’t getting the job, you aren’t working hard.
Heyy, Thank you for the support! What I mean there is that the efforts are not enough and trying to motivate people to do more than what they are doing. I agree that I could have chosen better words to put that forward. Thanks tho for that constructive feedback and spreading positivity 💫
Apne sara masla e hal kr diya.. The easy way finding job atleast apply 50 jobs daily.. And you will get good results in maxinum 15 days.. Yes yes yes.. Thank you to motivate me
50 companies a day? You must have never applied to companies in the UK. Each time you apply, the company will take you to its own site, you will have to register, put your details, from names to address, to your achievements, then you will also need to edit cv and create a cover letter for each job, also answer some questions they have in their site, they are usually about 150-250 words each. It's not just send cv and that's it you are done. Not to mention you have to search through different job platforms, and read through the requirements to see if you match their criteria. That takes a lot of time as well. And remember you will need to continue your part time job after graduation, bcz you need to pay your high rent, bills, transport, food. They are all very expensive. And after graduation students usually try to work full time to cover their cost. So you will have to apply for the jobs after working many hours while you are tired. Try working in front of a screen after you get home from work tired. The girls face can tell you all how hard it is, especially if you don't have a support system here in the UK. Like you are staying with your siblings who will support you or cousin, uncle etc etc. When you have to do everything alone, it will be extremely difficult. I was fortunate that my parents sent my rent and other expenses before I managed to get a part time job. And part time jobs are very difficult too, u have to apply apply apply everyday, while struggling yo finish your assignments and atrending classes. And I married a Brit after graduation. Bcz I moved in with my partner, so I did not have to pay rent and bills all by myself. So I did not need to increase my part time job hours, which gave me time everyday to apply for proper jobs.
And not try to project your over confidence on others. Try doing this now, see how you will be humbled quickly. Majority of the highly comepetent students in our batch went through this same thing. Some lucky few like me and others managed to get the right job at the right time, or they landed a good part time job which they joined full time. But even us had to apply apply apply which takes a lot of time here in the UK.
Once you land here nothing is free even air so if you looking for a full time jobs with sponsorship at least keep £20-£22k saving for full time job. Because no one’s going to give you free visa. 😅 if you have visa like PSw or dependent then I think you can get job but not sponsored.
I disagree. Companies just want to hire when they hear about visa status. 4 months 2 or 3 years doesnt matter. Those 50 companies are startups who hire only people with EU status
Yeah, that's true. They even ask you to fill up what type of visa you have. That way they can exclude you. Bcz recruiters do not like to spend too much time reading everyone's cv. They use filtering systems to filter out candidates. Then a selected few cvs they will look into. Also if you do not have an English sounding name, your cv will be less likely to be picked (see the studies done my University of Cambridge where they sent out same cvs with different names). Most students in the UK end up doing unwanted jobs like care worker, cleaner, delivery driver etc. And after they graduate they keep searching for proper office jobs and they can't. So they keep doing their part time job full time or increased hours
@@alex0315 thats the purpose of post study work visa to give low level jobs to internationals which cant be done by locals because companies are just not bulging for skilled roles. Europe is more open to hiring

50 companies in a day? What about doing R&D of those companies? A generalised cover letter doesn’t work everywhere. Stop just misleading people!
If you're applying for the same kind of role say Business analyst then you just have to do small tweaks to your CV which is just a 5 mins thing.
