Thanks a lot You explain wonderfully through step by step .please explain the transient heat conduction for cooling, of material is quenched and also determine temperature variations, stress at increment of one second.
simple and excellent.... but I want to ask how did you ensure that other faces are thermally insulated though you have not assigned any boundary condition on these surfaces.
Thank you sir. This was really helpful. I am trying to model spalling behaviour of concrete in fire using Abaqus. When I am modeling, I use Abaqus/Standard and Heat transfer step to create thermal load. I need to delete elements from the concrete wall, when element temperature reaches a specific limit(673K). How do I remove these elements in my model?
Thanks for the video and information! I have a question, though. I'm having a hard time trying to find out how to do this same simulation with a three-layered box. (ex. large box, with a medium box inside of it, with a small box inside of that..) Could you please explain how I could model this? Thanks so much in advance!
thank you for this example but if I have another Aluminum plate in the bottom and the heater under the Aluminum plate and the flow is water ( no air ) come on a copper plate ? could you make example ?please
the tutorial was really helpful but i have a doubt. I want to create a composite layer with different thermal conductivity can you please tell me how can i do that ?
Hi sir Can you help for simulation of the residual stress of a materials like copper, aluminium etc is quenching in quenchants using abaqus CAE software
Sir I am getting the following error . How to correct this ? ***ERROR: STRESS-DISPLACEMENT ELEMENTS OR OTHER ELEMENTS WITHOUT TEMPERATURE DEGREE OF FREEDOM ARE NOT ALLOWED IN A HEAT TRANSFER ANALYSIS
hello, i see this video really useful for me but i have trouble with english so i can't understand what he said, please, can you write down what he said to 3:10s for me, help me, i don't know what i need to do to get your help, so sorry if i annoy you.
So Abaqus assumes any surface that does not have anything to be perfectly insulated. That's a relief. It would have been awful to set something to every surface.
Nice work! It's nice to know that there is some people who wants to help! Have a nice day!
Thanks a lot. These word means a lot for us.
Thanks for the tutorial. Abaqus is really a pain in the ass to use for a new beginner.
Thank you for your time. Wonderful explanation for teaching Abaqus
Superb work!
+expertfea. com Thanks a lot for your support.
Great tutorial. I found it quite useful. Thanks a lot
Thanks a lot

thank u sir! that s help me a lot :)

+abhishek kumar If you don't define any boundary condition on faces. Abaqus take it as fully insulated surface i.e no heat loss through face.
Thanks alot..you are doing excellent job...
thank you it was a very useful work especially with equation that makes me understand the basics, Danke sschöne
Thank you very much!
Nice, thanks for your efforts.
Thank you so much. Great work
how to check the temperature of the plate at the end of the last step ? to make sure it is still at 200 K or at least around it ?
thank u sir its very usefull

Thank you very much for your nice video. I have a question, how to numerical cooling processes such as low-temperature.
Can we apply temperature as load instate of heat flux?
you are great!

Thank you easy to understand, Can u explain about heat transfer from one object to another object. (Eg. Plate with heaters )
thank you for this example but if I have another Aluminum plate in the bottom and the heater under the Aluminum plate and the flow is water ( no air ) come on a copper plate ? could you make example ?please
Thanks a lot, wonderfully explained step by step. do you have any thermo-mechanical analysis examples ?

Abaqus CAE- Thermo-mechanical with Contact- Example (Simulation of Thermal Switch)
thanks, and do u have any video on sequentially coupling thermal-stress analysis ?
would you please explain how tho define material properties temperature dependent??
Sir may I know What are the inputs needed for transient heat transfer through a wall?
the tutorial was really helpful but i have a doubt. I want to create a composite layer with different thermal conductivity can you please tell me how can i do that ?
Hello
I have a question
Regarding the temperature's unit, is it still the Kevin degree when I do simulation in SI (mm)?
Thank you
very nice sir...but i want how to do welding in abaqus . without using abaqus module
Nice, how to find thermal conductivity for composite material?
Conditions: heat conduction ( steady state Temp)
Thank you very much for these video.... but how can I make film coefficient like a function of temperature??? as you said in video
Use temperature dependent data
can you please tell me how to do laser cutting simulation of copper plate in Abaqus?
thanks in advance for this tuto!!
Please, I require un exemple with cfd, thermal conduction in pipe which we can have Two or three fluide! thanks
can we analysis of concrete slabs by using Abaqus
Hi sir
Can you please help me out to simulate the resistance spot welding process using abaqus.

Awesome
Sir I am getting the following error . How to correct this ?
***ERROR: STRESS-DISPLACEMENT ELEMENTS OR OTHER ELEMENTS WITHOUT TEMPERATURE

Sir iam hvg doubt regarding this if have to contact you is there any way
Can someone make a clip with a heat exhange?
