Definately one of their deep cuts and also one of their slowest songs. I believe its about the Allan sisters who formed the Weezer fan club, and were big supporters of these 90s alternative bands. I believe they both passed in a tragic car accident.

Yup. Three sisters actually, Mykel and Carli and their younger sister Trysta all died in a car accident on their way home from a Weezer show in Denver in 97.

This song gets me every single time.
I lost one of my best friends in 2004, when he was 16 and I was 17.
I lost my best and closest friend in April of last year. I was 34 and he was 36. He died 3 months after our mutual friend died as well. It was brutal and, still is.
I've unfortunately lost countless family members and friends but, those hit me the absolute hardest.
I miss you all, more than I could ever put into words.

I just lost my baby girl 2 weeks ago , worst day of my life. But I held her and sang this song to her while I danced her around , it was a very bittersweet moment. I’m sorry for your losses man I hope you and your family spend time together and heal 🙏

The female vocals were by Rachel Haden, she wasn't a permanent member of Jimmy Eat World. Jimmy Eat World tend to add some guest vocals on each album they do, and ask a different artist each time. Sometimes the guest vocalist will go on tour with them for that album cycle.
