Hey Jimmy, there is many different ways , the simplest and most straight forward is if you have other Microsoft tool like dynamics or sharepoint you could see it directly from there or your company portal . Many different ways to deploy power automate processes. You could even package it into an app build with power apps. Let me know if you have any other Questions

@@jesonjoshua you can build a custom model for power automate to use. It will work just as well. The more examples you provide the better it will get but according to Microsoft 10 would be a sufficient number for high accuracy

Wait wait wait... how is it aito-tagging new documents? I have an active model that extracts it right 95% of the time and feeds new documents into the collection periodically and it NEVER auto-tags, so i have to do all of them manually. This would be a game changer if i could get it to auto-tag most of the fields!
Hi we have different different format of invoices in pdf. How to automate it? Python needs one same format or else for each format we have to again setup process. Any automatic solution for this wherein certain info required can be extracted from pdf to excel irrespective of pdf format.. Any free solution ?
What comes to mind is that you could use a generic model for invoices, or train a generic model in power automate. There should be a solution in python on github. Once you train it you could either run your own code or api call or try using one of the ML services on Azure. There is a lot of solutions but only one free is your own custom code. I would not suggest a free solution as the payed solutions are very cheap. Let me know if you need any specific help, have a great day

This is great!!... I currently have a project where I have to create a powerbi dashboard combining a pdf report that I receive daily... I was able to do it from powerbi directly by connecting to the folder and powerbi does recognize the data on the pdf... However I'm afraid that eventually I will be having lots of files on that folder it might get a bit complicated to powerbi to process and combine that many files... Could this be a solution? Can I create a combine data base each time I add a pdf on the folder and then let powerbi know and update the dashboard? Or what do you recommend?
it would be better if its pdfs because when you scan documents the quality is not the best so you might not get consistent results but it will prompt you . I never tried it with power automate online, plz try uploading a few and let me know

@@onetidbitwhat comes to mind to do it with power automate is twisted but could work : you set up a power automate flow that triggers power automate desktop that runs cmd , there you send keys 'whoami', extract the text, regex only what you need computer name is after / , you save it as output variable and pass it back to power automate in the cloud. Twisted right ?! One billion percent sure there is a simpler way :-)

yes you can use power automate cloud for ai related tasks or you can use api calls with power automate desktop.

so just put it in a variable and set th etype of variable to time and date, I will be making a new tutorial on this
