Now that you're doing screens, perhaps you can make a control hub that outputs to hdmi/sdi for workflows that use switchers like Atem Mini ISO for recording.
Will you make a usbc to sdi splitter for people who want to incorporate Facecam pro in something like the Atem Mini SDI? I know it seems like it's too niche of a use case, but facecam pro does seem like a rather economical way of having multiple cameras.
Will Insta360 link work with the prompter?

No plans at the moment for other designs of Prompter. But we are listening to all the ideas that are coming in.
Any recommendations for where we can buy a longer angled USB A to USB C cord? I have an intricate setup and I have concerns as to whether the length of the included cable will suffice.
Amazon has several.
@@GeeItsFunkI am aware but I’m looking for one that’s identical to the included one. The ones I saw on Amazon are either angled differently, are USB-C to USB-C or if they’re angled correctly - they’re too short.

I usually like to have a cable that’s 8-10ft long for good measure.
Hello elgato team! I am from India and purchased HD60x. I am connecting this to my pc but am i not getting any sound in game output. I am using 4k utility software compatible with HD60x. Please help me out how sound will be recorded in videos output because there is no sound output.

Hi there - I’m having trouble getting my prompter to be its own monitor screen on Mac OS - i updated my display link drivers but no luck. Right now i just see a black window overlayed on top of my main display that i can awkwardly drag larger or smaller, it doesnt seem like its outputting solely to the prompter as intended. Thoughts?
Did you ever get this figured out? I have Mac as well
@@adorningpraise I ended up completely uninstalling and reinstalling twice and it helped. Also getting more comfortable toggling in the display link app on the top task bar. Try uninstalling!
Thank you for that info! I ordered but haven’t received yet and this comment had me thinking. If you don’t mind, does prompter work fine on a single Mac computer? I only have one screen and thought that was all I needed.
@@adorningpraise that’s right it does work fine with one but then the prompter is also a second screen (you can enable this functionality through the elgato camera app as well as display link (I think that’s the monitor driver app)

How to attach my Logitech Brio cam to the prompter?
From what we understand, Brio has a Tripod mount (1/4-20) on the bottom of the camera. This thread point can be used just like Facecam: th-cam.com/video/r0Z3-56f01U/w-d-xo.html

will the original facecam fit?
Yes! Using the included universal shroud backplate. We'll have a video showing Facecam being installed soon.
You can also print a custom backplate for Facecam as well. 😊
