I tend to agree with the majority of what you're saying. One thing though- most of what you outline is much more tricky to implement for long term relationships and/or marriage with kids. As soon as you're living with a woman, not validating her or giving her minimal attention isn't going to work. If you're constantly in your 'masculine frame' and never giving her your approval or validation, she's going to end up getting tired and losing interest over time. I can just hear the conversation she has with her friend- 'he doesn't appreciate me enough', 'im constantly having to prove myself to him', 'he doesn't love me' etc
You need to do a white board breakdown for different types of relationships or at least try to clarify the exact type of relationships you're alluding to.

As a man who has lived many decades on this planet and studied interpersonal dynamics related to failed relationships, Casey is spot-on right. You might not like his forthrightness but the content is true. Yes, you will feel uneasy and insecure inside doing these if you were brought up to be a "good man" like I was, but doing these things as he states changes the dynamics. We, men, were meant to lead and be in charge - as stated in the Bible. It says a man is to be respected (NOT LOVED) and a woman is to be loved (NOT RESPECTED). You can believe Casey and what's written in the Good Book or you can continue to have problems in your relationships. I've chosen to do the former.
I was brought up to be a "good man" but I grew up around semi abusers. My dad and grandpa always had anger issues and they let it out on their women. Quick story too because I'm bored -
I've worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life, recently I worked with this guy who I quickly found out was basically sleeping with every hot female working at the place. He was dating the bartender and openly cheating on her with multiple other chicks that worked there. I was confused by this because honestly he seemed aggressively average in the looks department besides the fact that he was kind of big from lifting. To me, he had no charisma, he wasn't making any of these chicks laugh, and he wasn't even flirty with any of them either. He was pretty quiet and seemed like he really didn't give a fuck about any of it.
It's all starting to add up now though lol, dude was a total asshole who blatantly disrespected all of those 304s but they all threw themselves at him.
