- Schengen Visa with low bank balance? Is it possible? Yes, it definitely is. In this video, I am going to tell you how I got my Schengen Visa Approved with low bank balance. Furthermore, I am going to tell you the complete list of documents required for applying Schengen Visa.
Since this was my first trip to Europe, I preferred hiring a travel agent for expert advice but in this video, I will break down all the documents that are required to apply for Schengen Visa.

Hi, for France you need Schengen Visa and the visa processing time will take somewhere around 12-15 days
When did yu apply and how long did it take to get it done
I applied for the Visa one month prior to my departure and I got approval in 7 working days! But I think the waiting time has increased to 12-15 working days now.
Hi, I am an international student currently studying in the UK. I am planning to apply for a schengen visa for spain in 1 month. However, my UK bank account has insufficient funds. I wanted to ask if i can be sponsored by my parents, and if their INDIAN bank statements would be sufficient to fulfil the schengen visa requirements, even though i am applying from UK. If not, then what should i do if i want to travel in the next 2 months?
Hi. I am not sure if your parents bank statements would be enough as you are applying from the UK. Had it been India, it would have been more easier for you to show their Indian bank accounts.

If we already have the sponsership letter from my daughter family in France, do we need one from india as well?
That depends on what kind of sponsorship letter you have from France.
If that letter supports your finances, then you don’t need a letter from India. But if it’s only an invitation to France, then you would need a sponsorship letter from India.

I get my salary in cash and so it is not falling in bank. Can I go for a FD and show it as a source of sufficient funds for Schengen visa (France)?

Hi, it's subjective and totally depends on how you write letter of purpose. However, this bank balance does not look sufficient.

We are two brothers who are University students who want to go to France for 15 days as tourists. We have sufficient cash but not much in our father's bank statement. Hey, bank balance shouldn’t be a problem. Visa approval depends upon various factors. If all the documents are submitted correctly, you will get the visa approval.
