I actually think that they didn’t know that season 10 was going to be the last until pretty late into its development.
A thing with Sweet P, technically that's a nickname, first name Sweet, last name Pig-Trunks. So the "I am not a king of ruin. I am sweet" I always wonder, should that be parsed as "I am Sweet"? I don't know, idea of him asserting his identity by proclaiming the name his adoptive parents gave him, rejecting the nature of the beast within, seems interesting.
I would’ve loved to see your reactions to Ketchup and Abstract but I get this is how it has to be. Still, love your commentary always.
idk if this has been said to you before but season 10 is just season 9 spliced in half and season 9 got reordered to include some of season 8, after the show ended… for some reason, maybe for it to appear to be an even 10? but adventure time really is 9 seasons
