Children are incredible how they can just bring so much joy into dark situations without knowing it. I took her downstairs, made breakfast, and we put a vinyl on. Every morning we do this. As a kid Dusty Springfield was a voice I knew......along with her hits. "Drop a needle" was recognized as a term for playing a vinyl album. Great lyric. Great song. Great album......and yes.....I purchased it. Also, saw him in a 2200 seat hall. Hey Ed "you rock". Thank you.

Wow, this took me back. This was every Saturday and Sunday with my daughter. We bounced, danced, sung, & made so many meals, tried all kinds of "creations", some were actually edible..... The best times of my life.
My wife and I went to Ed's multiply concert when we were still boyfriend/girlfriend. It was one of the best nights of our lives. Now, years later, I get to share the feels with Ed as I now have kids of my own. It's so great to see how his music has evolved, and we've evolved with him.
