Hello, is it different if my screen have a touch screen features? Apparently, LX7 and G5 shares the same LCD (both have vignetting issues right now) but only the G5 have touch screen. AFAIK, the touch screen hardware is a separate thing entirely so I just need to only replace the LCD.
Hello sir, do you have experience with a Panasonic DMC-G7? I'm trying to replace the LCD. I can get the unit off, but I can't remove the LCD from the back cover.
Thinking of getting an lx5 that needs repair? Look at his description please, do you think it’s a screen issue only or a problem on the board that’s too hard to fix? He says “It powers on just fine, but the screen goes white after a few second (in these few seconds the camera shows what it sees in purple)” Let me know and thanks.

I have an lx5 with dust or something between the screen and cover can I just peel the cover off with disassembly? Then glue back with what?
the glu is pritty sticky i manage to stick it back with the glue that left on the part
