While waiting for the three weeks to have that stuff sprayed on carpets my wife scuffed the steering wheel woth her purse. We called to have it covered, which it was listed as covered, we were told it was not covered because they havent sprayed the stuff on the carpets. Now i might be wrong, but the carpet has nothing to do with the steering wheel. It's a scam.

Look when you are living month-to-month paycheck to paycheck it’s not easy to go find another place and come up with all of the security and deposit and it can be thousands of dollars these days. It’s not like it used to be back in the day when you could find a decent studio or one bedroom you pay first and last and that’s it. Young adults these days are living undignified lives having to live with people that become unreliable. It’s just too much and if you spend your whole day, just at work trying to come up with the money and it’s winter time and you’re living in a cold state…. It’s hard for someone to just go “get another place.”
My best rental advice to EVERYONE... If you want to or have to pay in cash... GO GET A MONEY ORDER, You can get them at any grocery store i think... dillons for sure. That way you have a receipt that you paid plus keep the normal money order receipt for the date and proof that you bought the money order.
