I don't know when women will understand that opportunities are never asked, it is always earned or snatched by your hard work, talent and somewhat innovation. And very first thing for this is that you have to fight for this and first fight starts with your own people i.e. your own family. Also don't forget how much fight and pressure a man has to handle including against his own family when he quits his safe job and thinks of starting his own business which will obiviously contains risk.
I was trying to say...many woman want equal respect , equal freedom...but after getting married they don't think about equality, I mean they don't protest...like if u have a job and after returning home if u make dishes..then where is equality.. every woman do the same..they don't protest
