- Hi people, this is a semi short review of my Franks boots I’m wearing for this years patina stitchdown competition .very happy with these fine boots!
Made a little comparison with a pair of Nicks boots I also wear. If you have questions about this video please feel free to post them! Thanks for watching and sorry for the bad English!

That green stitching looks cool!
I have a pair of Nicks with McKay from 2019 and I prefer the boots to not have it. It’s slightly irritating feeling the McKay stitching under my toes.
I don’t mind the feeling of the stitching, it helps to wear darn tough sock at least midweight. Nails sticking through the insole is a different story 😂
@@willempasman827 I don’t like thick socks though. If you need to wear a thick sock to not feel it, it suggests it’s an issue. 😉

@@willempasman827 not an issue as I wear the boots. However I prefer all my other Nicks without the McKay.

Do your nicks and franks for the same on the hnw last?
They are kinda the same but little differences. The Franks are far more customizable then the Nicks.
@@willempasman827 sorry I just realized how poorly that was spelled ha… do they fit the same? Did you get the same size for both?
@@brandonrogers4415 I did get the same size but the franks were a bit different in toe shape (wider and lower). In the end if the boots aren’t to small to start with they will molt to your feet.
