Dinobot totally deserves a spot on this list. He was able to fight off 6 predacons at once (i cant remember if Tarantulus was there. If he was that'd be 7) including the likes of Megatron and Rampage. Sure Rhinox made him into a little bitch that one time but he came right before Dinobot on this list. So at worst they'd be switched around.
In my head canon Magnaboss consists of Chip Chase, who exists in a clone of Prowl, Brawn now going by the name Ironhide, and the original Aerialbot Silverbolt, now a maximal
"Dinobot may not belong on this list because I don't think he can beat Rhinox." Depend on circumstances, I think he could. Dinobot's greatest strength has always been his sense of honor and willpower. Take his last stand for example, others would have followed the advice to wait for reinforcement, yet despite knowing he may walk to his death, Dinobot chose to do so anyway. And while not being the smart type, his combat instinct allowed Dinobot to improvise and beat (literally) all the Predacons solo, with no hesitation to risk his life, trading every wound for wound. And as you compared him to Rhinox, the beefy guy is very intelligent and may have hesitated and chosen to wait in that situation. Remember, Rhinox has proven twice to have a dark side in him rivaling Megatron and that his mental fortitude is corruptible. Meanwhile, even Dinobot's clone inherited the original's warrior spirit and sense of right/wrong. So if the two fight to the death, Rhinox are more strategical and have more brute strength, but I think Dinobot could give him a run for his money with his warrior instinct and willingness to go farther than anticipated at the risk of his life.

I need to correct something said in the video, the Maximals are not just peaceful explorers. Predacons are treated as a lower class caste of citizens and ruled over by the Maximals, who rule Cybertron with an iron fist. The predacons we see in most shows are the worst of the worst, and the Maximals we see in the shows are the best of the best, but in reality Maximals are not just the good guys and Predacons are not just the bad guys. Dinobot is afraid to return to Cybertron with the maximal because regardless of his choice to join them he will be treated with disdain or thrown in jail for being a Predacon. The comics and other stories that expand the world also show that predacons aren’t allowed to use transwarp capable ships, Cybertron’s military is entirely ruled by Maximals, the predacons are allowed some autonomy but they have no real power. It’s why the Tripredacus Council was pissed at Megatron, they were trying to work their way into more power slowly through politics and Megatron's renegade crew smashed in any progress that couldve been made
Also as much as Optimus Primal is a good dude, he and Rhinox were doing shady shit, they were apart of the experiment that created Protoform X Rampage and were assigned secretly to find a planet with no life and eject Protoform X there so nobody else would get hurt or learn about what they did. That was the hidden primary objective during their exploration mission before they intercepted the Predacons and ended up stuck on earth.
In an open fight... Dinobot COULD beat Rhinox. The latter was more than a scientist and engineer but was not warrior and this often held back by it. And while in moments, Rhinox could be strong and dangerous... a lot of it is going to be more situational in nature. The only time when Rhinox actually beats Megatron in direct battle was when Megatron reprogramed him as a Predacon. But in that episode, Rhinox ended up committing the same mistakes that often saw the Maximals win in other fights... and once Megatron reprogramed him back into a Maximal, Rhinox was rather quickly defeated and had to be carried out of the Darkside by Dinobot when the Maximals withdrew. And as the series progressed, Rhinox saw field action less and less... by the 3rd Season, Rhinox rarely, if ever, eft the Maximal HQ. That was never the case with Dinobot, who, as a Predacon defector relished the thrill of battle... but held a fierce code of honor that Megatron couldn't operate under and was a big part of why Dinobot defected. And that gave him some means of engaging the Predacons and could have shaped any hypothetical matchup with the other Maximals. For we have to remember that Dinobot very nearly beat Optimus Primal for leadership of the Maximals, but because it would have been on a technicality, Dinobot saved Optimus saying that he wouldn't have "earned it." And that gave him advantages that he maximized on in ways that Rhinox never matched. And in the first season, he had plenty of moments where he battled Megatron and often fought him to at least a stalemate without running into the sort of situation that would lead to Megatron clocking him... as Megatron did Rhinox in the episode where Rhinox was reprogrammed. And in the episode where Megatron sent a clone of Dinobot to take the base... that episode ends with a one-on-one fight... where Dinobot is able to push Megatron back with his optics lasers while firing against Megatron's own cannon. Megatron doesn't regain the advantage until jamming his tail arm into the ground to use it as an anchor... and it's only then when the rest of the Maximals intervene. In other fights, Dinobot has also demonstrated he could knock one of Megatron's teeth out and escaping a position where he was at a distinct disadvantage, though this was after Rattrap shot Terrorsaur and showed that Rattrap's defection had been a ruse... likely still surprising Megatron. And then there is Dinobot's final battle. By this point, it was "Beast Wars" second season and the Predacons had Megatron, Tarantulus, and Rampage as transmetals, the fuzor Quickstrike, Blackarachnia, Inferno, and Waspinator all operating as one to wipe out early humanity. The three transmetals easily were more powerful than Dinobot, and Tarantulus hit Dinobot hard before the real fight began... and it's often been set that the fuzors like Quickstrike and Silverbolt had more raw power than a bot like Dinobot or Rhinox. Thus... facing 3 transmetals, one with an immortal spark, a fuzor, and 3 other Predacons at once... Dinobot was outmatched from the start. And yet, he went through them and defeated them... He took damage along the way and that lead to his death, but all of the Predacons but Megatron were outright defeated and Megatron then lost the Golden Disk and unable to win the engagement. That's something that Rhinox never really matches... Unless one counts the ambushes that Rhinox pulls in the episode where he's been reprogrammed as a Predacon, but that's still a series of ambushes and none of the Predacons actually fought Rhinox... something Dinobot didn't get in his final fight. And that shows on just how tough Dinobot was. And he had the weapons and equipment to even deal with Rhinox's chain guns... His tail shield could protect Dinobot from incoming rounds and would have enough strength to provide some degree of lift. And it's through all of this that in a one on one fight... Dinobot would probably beat Rhinox.
Rhinox is one of the most powerfull maximals but only in a comedic way. Remember when he had explosive energon farts? Granted he nearly farted himself to death but no one had a defense against it.
@@vonshroom2068 - Technically, Rhinox only farted once. Most of the rest of the energon discharges in that episode were sneezes... But, yes, a lot of those moments often had a measure of comedy to them. The better one would be in the shows second season while the Maximals are recovering from the explosion of the alien device. Dinobot makes the argument that he should take command, and not expecting a hostile move from Rhinox, is blindsided by Rhinox who grips him by the throat and says, "I'm in a bad mood, UNDERSTAND?!" And Dinobot can only choke out a "uh-huh." Some of that is comedic... but it also shows to not underestimate Rhinox... even in situations outside the energon discharge virus, it wasn't as though Rhinox was a push over. I'd say that Dinobot could beat him in a fight where all sides are knowledgeable of the fight... as Rhinox choking Dinobot was a moment where Dinobot wasn't expecting any response from Rhinox while he was arguing with Rattrap. But it's still something to not underestimate Rhinox. As his temperament and personality may not be such to try to take over or take a more active combat role... if pushed, he can throttle just about anyone in the series. The best showing of that that isn't comedic is the episode where he, Dinobot, Rattrap, and Cheetor are all blinded. He took things far better than the others and led them, sort of like a tough encouraging parent or grandparent, to get the others to where they could be rescued. It shows that Rhinox has all the potential to lead and be a dominant factor, particularly in the show's first season.
@@SamuelJamesNary Ow yeah as for Dinobot he's kind of a beastwars starscream considering he makes the claim he should lead plenty of times even with optimus primal right next to him but doesn't push it as far starscream with actually trying to take over. His anti hero power is what endeares him and gives him a nice send off.
@@vonshroom2068 - I wouldn't quite say that Dinobot is "Beast Wars" version of Starscream... Mostly because Starscream was willing to jump at any opportunity to take over the Decepticons, even if it meant hurting the Decepticon cause against the Autobots. And in G1, it also comes off as pretty obvious that unless he has surprise on his side, Starscream isn't going to beat anyone. Which shows a lack of ability, a lack of honor, and a lack of loyalty... None of which really applies to Dinobot. He does challenge Megatron in the first episode to lead the Predacons, and in a way that was more straightforward than anything Starscream did in G1... And he does the same with Optimus Primal at the end of the episode and they have their fight to start the second episode, but those are the only times where Dinobot actually made those sorts of challenges before the leaders of either faction. But it was direct and open, something that Starscream never would have managed, because he couldn't beat the Decepticon Megatron in a fair fight. Whereas Dinobot shows throughout Beast Wars' first season and up until his death in the second season, that he can fight and could win against either Optimus Primal or Megatron in a fair fight. They also portray a strong sense of honor that Dinobot would stick to in a way that shows a strength of character that Starscream never had, and at times set himself up for reverses. For, he could well have won his duel against Optimus, BUT the situation that sets it up would have been on a technicality, which Dinobot even says to Optimus wouldn't have been fair to him or Optimus. And when Megatron and the Predacons interrupt the fight, the fact that Optimus does his best to save Dinobot creates some sense of respect on Dinobot's part... It didn't necessarily "inspire loyalty," but respect, definitely. For the only other times when Dinobot actually raises the issue of him taking leadership of the Maximals comes in situations where Optimus is absent. Such as when Optimus was in the alien probe and in the immediate aftermath of the destruction of the alien doomsday device. I take a lot of that as Dinobot's respect for Optimus coming out of the result of the duel in the series second episode in that he wasn't going to make the sort of challenges while Optimus was there... which in its own way ends up creating a sense of loyalty to the Maximals... or at least to Optimus that largely holds through the series. For even in the episode where Dinobot "betrays" the Maximals in the second season... he doesn't really give Megatron anything that the Maximals had and ultimately admits everything to Optimus. Another thing that Starscream would have never done.
yeah dinobot deserve s a spot on the list, yes he may have much less firepower than other names on this list but combat experience and tactics defenetly makes up for it for example as he was outdated compared to transmetal and still put up a very strong challenge while being near death.
Tigerhawk was a bad joke and a waste of two characters and the entire Vok plotline. All because Hasbro wanted to push the toy, then got worried the toy would be cancelled and ordered the show runners to kill the character immediately. Shouldn't the most powerful maximal technically be Rampage? He was a failed maximal experiment, not a predacon. Granted he did suffer from villain decay once they weren't trying to push his toy, just not anywhere near as comical as Tigerhawk being OP and dying the next episode in the dumbest possible way.
Rampage had an undestroyable spark which was sliced in 2 by an energon knife and then somehow was managed to be destroyed when stabbed with an energon knife.
@@Joseph_Drew_IIIHe has no other supporting fiction, at all. If he was in another story that showed he was awesome, then I'd agree, but all we have to go on is his cartoon appearance where he was a physical god (that tarantulas easily captured.) and then decided to deflect the Nemesis' cannon by standing in front of it until he died. later episodes might have fleshed the character out, that's fair enough, but they didn't do that. Universe Razorclaw is as close as they got to using Tigerhawk in another story.

Dinobot is the strongest in beast wars, do you even know how many wins dinobot had in this series
Protoform x isnt ravage...you meant rampage.
POWER IS PRIMAL!!!!
I always liked Big Convoy over Leo Convoy
yeah dinobot deserve s a spot on the list, yes he may have much less firepower than other names on this list but combat experience and tactics defenetly makes up for it for example as he was outdated compared to transmetal and still put up a very strong challenge while being near death.
Man is that some kind of kink you have with that suit . I wouldn’t be surprised if you end up on those tuber weirdos list
Idk if Dinobot should be on the list, I mean he's power but not the strongest, weaker then Rhinoc at least.
Garbage take. Executive meddling is no reason to discount a character.
Bro play transformer forged to fight
No Big Convoy🤨? Admittedly he wouldn't have been that high up.
Except he was Apelinq.😉
It’s Optimus Primal……
Absolutely no one is calling the Maximal at the beginning of your video absolutely ANYTHING else other than what his actual name is, and that's Optimus Primal
There’s two maximal gorillas. Try again.
Hay bro could you make a vid on every hybrid maximal in the transformers universe please

Dinobot deserves to be on your list. Does anyone else want to make an argument?👍
