- He turns into a scorpion, he turns into a city, he's destroyed civilizations, he's flattened cities, he's crushed many many heads between his pincers. He seems to hate Fortress Maximus, and seems to love Grimlock.
Lets take a look at the many sins of Scorponok.

The reason Shockwave stepped into the fight was because Skywatch stuck a bomb in his head and forced him to. The second the bomb was deactivated, he peaced out.
I love how Scorponok went out in the Marvel comics.
He remembers his warrior heritage and charges headlong towards Unicron, even managing to inflict some damage...on Unicron's foot.
Only to be slagged by Unicron's eye beams.
In his dying moments Scorponok pitifully asks Optimus if he "did good" and Optimus reaffirms that he did indeed do good.
So yeah, I just liked that scene from the comics.
Scorponok is without a doubt a villain more dangerous than Megatron or Galvatron, but the Japanesse Headmasters version was without a doubt the most deadliest and the one that change the history of the Transformers forever, he destroyed Cybertron just to ensure the Autobots couldn´t have an advantage with their new alloy and he destroyed dozens of planets just to keep the Autobots in jeopardy and give the Decepticons the plasma energy of the planets

22:54 - yes, because they decided to use Quickstrike as the Predacon Fuzor and didn't want to have two scorpion characters at the same time. Even though Injector, Buzzclaw, and Terragator all looked cooler without stepping on Tarantulas' toes as the show's Starscream like Skyshadow would have (which is also why they killed off Terrorsaur).
I heard Terrorsaur died because Waspinator was SUPPOSED to die with Terrorsaur getting the Transmetal upgrade with Megatron(that Terrorsaur even showed up as a playable character in the N64 version of Beast Wars: Transmetal), THEN Waspinator became a fan favorite and survived till the end as one of 3 "original form" cast to retain their form from Season 1-3 (The other 2 were Inferno and Rynox).

The Grand Chamberlain sounds a name for a basketball player in 2k 😂
I guess it's different in the English version, but in the Japanese version of Energon (SUPER LINK), Scorponok (Megazarak) is not the same person as the Grand Chamberlain. He is a clone of the Grand Chamberlain given life by a Decepticon spark that Alpha Quintesson found within Unicron, most likely the spark of Thrust from the Armada series. The episode that explained this was never dubbed into English, though perhaps coincidentally the dub used the same voice actor for both Thrust and Skorponok. The Japanese version used 2 different VAs.
Kind of the opposite situation occured with Starscream. In the English dubs of Armada and Energon, the two Starscreams are explicitly the same character, as well as using the same voice actor for both, while in the Japanese version Energon Starscream is a different character called Nightscream and also has a different voice actor. Jin Yamanoi (Japanese voice of Armada Starscream) said in an interview that he considers them 2 separate characters, and that when Nobou Tobita (Japanese voice of Energon Starscream/Nightscream) asked the voice director Yoshikazu Iwanami (Japanese voice director for both Armada and Energon) about it, he was instructed to play the character as if he was completely unrelated to the previous Starscream.

Kids in the Hall was the name of the TV show with "I'm crushing your head" in it. Was back in 87 or 88 I think? It was David Foly big break. Made as a love letter to Monty Python Flying Circus obviously.
Japaneese G1 Scorponok is responsible for blowing up Cybertron. But got defeated also by power of friendship. Got rebuilt into new body and fell under mind control. After control's destruction he escaped and became just a mere goon
Another interesting thing about scorpinoc is Generation 1 sequel series The headmasters which skips the finale of the normal G1 and continues the story for a little bit where he isn't built by the nembulans but it is one of numerous transformers to leave Cybertron at some point in time. Both he and fortress Maximus become headmasters in take over their own factions of transformers for at least part of the show

If any good came from the MLP crossover, it's that it's not at all canon to the animated MLP show (Hasbro made it clear a few years ago that the comics are a separate universe from the show itself).

Now i haven't read comics or any novels but Aracnid and Scorpinok could be considered insecticons right? Even though they aren't insects but arachnids, arachnid still took control of the insecticons in TF prime and in the WFC FOC Shockwave and the deceptions allied with the bugs and they had multiple variants of the same bugs.
