Airfix Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia 1:72 scale

This was a very last minute build as I bought it to be a Christmas present for a friend but didn't leave myself a lot of time to build it . I originally thought I could cut the canopy open and cut the door open to expose the photo etch I had bought for it but that did not work well so I had to buy a Vac form canopy instead . Overall I'm fairly happy with the result .

Really enjoyed your build of the Spitfire. I’m about to start the same kit and was wondering which vac form canopy you used?

Ak slow dry black superglue
