A great rendition from this beautiful piece from Graham. Wonderful how you are able to play almost effortlessly thru the mountain of accidentals where Graham is famous for. It makes his music so incredibly beautiful (it’s a pity I’m a struggler regarding his beautiful, but for me difficult musical language).
Heavenly, shimmering, inspiring and gorgeous Graham Twist hymn setting, and superbly orchestrated by you, Paul! Thank you for the continuing Christmas candy better than chocolate.
Wow! What a wonderful surprise for me, Paul! I am deeply honoured that, as with last year's 'See Amid', another piece by me features in your magical Advent Calendar. It is such a thrill for me to hear how my music sounds on the magnificent Father Willis Organ sample set from Hereford Cathedral. I appreciate your very kind comments about this composition: it is always a blessing for me when an organ setting I create of a hymn or carol just flows from my fingers because some of my more challenging works have tested my cognitive capacity to the point of fuse-blowing! (You've played some of them!) I always find Christmas inspiring . . . and when I listen to you play, I am always inspired to try and compose just a little more. The world might not thank you for that - but I do!
@@grahamtwist It’s always a pleasure to play your music, Graham. This is a fine work and one I will include in future recitals and services. Thank you, as ever, for your unwavering support!

It's nice to hear the new piece by Graham, played so fluently. It isn't a very easy piece to learn.
@@SecretsofOrganPlaying Yes, it’s a lovely piece that definitely has its ‘Twists and turns’…
