Your techniques made...so..much sense especially to the ways I've been doing it. Thank you, thank you. The card is stunning and most definitely one I'll try to CASE for the holidays.
I learned a lot. Thank you so much. Just beautiful cards. I am addicted to anything with trees, acorns, pinecones. :0 Love your choice of colors. I bought those ink blending sponges as soon as I saw them. I thought they were genius.
@@IngridBlackburn Hi Ingrid, I have been practicing and I am actually starting to getting the hang of it. I was pressing down too hard, I also end on my paper -not off. (soon as I get this forever hungry group fed I'll try again and end off my paper). I seem to do best with Catherine Pooler inks and brushes. I really appreciate your reply. Just love watching you make cards. Best regards, a huge fan from northwest Oregon.
This is gorgeous Ingrid. If I am not mistaken I believe you did a card similar to this last year before Christmas. I tried it and was so impressed I made 5 cards using your idea. Perspective is everything in such a scene and you explained it perfectly. I am inspired to make some again for this year. TFS!
@@IngridBlackburn Well I may be mistaken but I thought it was you that did something similar last year but at any rate, I tried it with great success and want to make some more this year. Either way I thank you for the reminder to make more.
Ingrid you always make the best scenes! Thank you for all the wonderful tips you shared. And slowing down the video for the ink blending was really helpful.
Lovely & very helpful. Another great stamp company for scene building is the Water Color line by Art Impressions. The only catch is that they tend to be pricey for what you get.
Does anyone know how to turn off the captions when its already turned off in the TH-cam personal settings? It scrolls right over the most important area of the video.
Hi Debi! Welcome. 😁 No, lol. I lost my computer for a few weeks due to a hard drive crash, and have been creatively blocked on the creator side for a bit. Just actually filmed some new content yesterday, so getting back into the groove this weekend. It's coming I promise! Thanks for watching, asking and caring!! ❤ 😁🎨

I love the pinkish color in the horizon. Wonderful touch! However some of us cannot afford to be patrons to every artist
Awesome card, thanks for all the tips its really helpful! xox
Nevermind on the captions question. There is an additional setting on the video page.
Does anyone know how to turn off the captions when its already turned off in the TH-cam personal settings?
It scrolls right over the most important area of the video.
I just found your channel, did you stop making videos?
