Hi, Does the Marcy snow marker have an odour? Does it dry hard to go through mail? Thank you.

No odor that I noticed. It doesn’t dry as hard as embossing powder more like a hard puffy paint. I sent several through the mail this year and they seemed to do well. I usually pad my envelope with some packaging foam to be safe or mail in cardboard envelope.
