What if both aircraft go around? Isn't that a collision hazard?

Yes, that is true! However, it could be argued that forcing the airplanes to land (denying go-arounds) could be even more hazardous. There is no way to truly mitigate all risk with rules. It is important that we as pilots maintain our situational awareness and "keep our head on a swivel" looking for outside traffic.

IMO, those aircrafts must not be cleared to land in the same time. There must a proper interval of time for them just to make sure that if they both go around they will not hit each other anywhere.

so I’m here because i saw this video " "THEY GIVE PILOT LICENSE TO ANYONE THESE DAYS" where a gentleman was cleared to land but i believe he thought he was to to land and hold short, after landing he then asked for permission to cross the intersecting runway and the tower yelled at him to vacate the runway. The moral i guess is it’s a good thing to know is this a LAHS or a regular landing on airports with intersecting runways

Nothing is mandatory because you can say unable to so many instructions from ATC.
