Sometimes when work gets a bit overwhelming, I feel tempted to cancel all activities and stay at home to catch up/ recharge. But because some of the appointments were pre-arranged, I couldn’t. And I am so glad I didn’t! Spending quality time with my family and friends keeps me in touch with the present, in a world that’s so much bigger than just work. These are the people that will have my back if something goes wrong. I feel recharged and grateful because of them. 🙏🏼
