NOT ONE OF THEM rang for assistance from shelters or put out a social media post to get interest in people wanting to adopt the dog. How can anyone watch and know that the little one is without food, water, shelter, love - all the basics, and just get on with their own life? Village people in Asia and other parts of the world are the coldest human beings (if you can call them that) on the planet. So happy he got the help and love he needed eventually.
