Tonight's video was requested a few weeks ago, a "Mommy Comforts You During Your Period" Role play. I decided to not use the "mommy" aspect of it, rather your "other aunt"! Not the crazy one.. this aunt is rather sweet, comforting, and a little rude. But I promise she means well. In this bit, you wake up from a nap due to cramps to your aunt singing.. wondering why she's here. She tells you that your mommy is getting tired of tucking you in when you're acting like this. It appears lately that during your period, you become very angry. Your mommy isn't prepared to deal with this because she never knows when it's coming. So your aunt asks you if you remembered the last time you had a breakdown, and your mommy called her begging for advice. Don't you remember she told you about "Clue"? the WORST part of having a period, is when people ask you if you are on your period, that seems to get me moodier than normal, cause i know alot of girls would say cramps, but i dont really get cramps execept for the first day, which hurts like HELL. And the BEST part for me is everybody feels really sympatic, and i get to watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S and i get chocolate! and my favorite item used here is the boy shorts, they look comfortable, which is weird cause i dont wear boy shorts. lol, never have won a giveaway, buts its not the end of the world lol. harley / your period sounds like my wish. during my periods, i get cramps through 4/5 days (my periods last 7-8 days) and the cramps are like hell, too. i usually scream while punching and kicking with lots of crying when i have cramps because they are so bad ughhh 😭 i can’t wait to get the implant

The worst part of my period is the actual bleeding because I’m super lucky and don’t often get cramps (praise the Lord). My favorite thing from the box is actually the tampons tbh bc they’re so expensive and any free ones are so helpful 😅.

SAME. I eventually had to get on birth control to even my periods out and reduce the cramping cause I would be in so much pain. It's helped so much!
If your cramps are that bad it could be a magnesium deficit. The first day of my period used to be so bad, damn, i had to take pain killers everytime. After i started taking magnesium supplements they disappeared. Talk to your doc and try :)

My fave item in this box is definitely the yankee candle😍 Scented candles really help me when I'm having panic attacks for some reason, and I just absolutely love them! Also the worst part of my period is just EVERYTHING. I have the heaviest flow ever and I always end up bleeding through either my sheets or my clothes. I once made a HUGE stain on my friends couch and I was so embarrassed I started crying, and i'm 18... I also have terrible cramps and they're usually so bad that I can't move or do anything, and painkillers rarely work ._.

This is my goto video for the first day of my period. The first day always sucks for me because I get horrible cramps so just snuggling up in bed with a cup of tea and this video really helps me relax a bit. The pain doesn't go away but this makes it easier to deal with that. ❤

my favorite item is the yankee candle. i have anxiety and use senses to help snap out of attacks. my mom or my boyfriend will light candles to help me wake back up to my senses along with hand massages and sometimes the smell of coffee beans help me too. senses like smell really help during anxiety attacks so that’s why i like them :-)
the worst part of my period is always hating my body in the 1-3 first days. without fail i start hating myself and my body 10x more than usual, cry about clothes and what to wear, and feel uncomfortable no matter what.
