As a XY carrier with long hair this would be soooo relaxing and a first (have never had a massage or hair play irl, but you what you can on your own you know? Always important to take of yourself for sure, physically and emotionally). Sometimes its nice to feel youre not alone in being a nocturnal, at times brooding, introverted, pale skinned and dark haired freak (I say freak but really Im totally fine with it, a freak in a good way haha😅, and a very chill one at that; id rather be a calm freak anyday, 100% wouldnt change anything). The nights always been my vibe though for sure, or just more beautiful to me, same with sad stuff.
I completely agree!! Its so important to take care of yourself and do whatever you can. I like to use those little scalp massager things that are in some of my videos! It does wonders and it's super inexpensive 😌
